We ate very well, a starter and two very good first courses. Francesco, the owner, a very kind and nice person. Furthermore, we were served by him in an excellent manner. Congratulations, if I happen to return to Lipari I will return to eat at the Liparota tavern without a doubt.

Let Francesco advise you on what to taste! Simple and elegant place, exquisite seafood appetizer, excellent fish first courses and a good bottle of wine! Dinner to be redone as soon as possible

06/04/2024: Wedged between the motorway interchange, the national road and the railway, we could have dreamed of a slightly more enchanting place in Taormina. Traffic noise and pollution are quite present. The toilets in the basement are also a little limited. Car required to reach the restaurant because access on foot from the cable car is very unpleasant and dangerous on the national road without a sidewalk. The cuisine is good with fresh produce but apart from the interesting appetizers it never really takes off, it has a very small Michelin star. The service is efficient and attentive but a little stilted as is often the case in this type of address. In the end, the price charged seems quite excessive compared to the services.

30/12/2023: Very good dishes with a variety of gluten-free choices (also pasta) The waiter was extremely courteous and professional however he was not dressed appropriately for the prices and type of place
