Il Rosmarino In Librizzi

Consigliato da un amico il ristorante è molto carino , l’ospitalità è eccellente così come sono eccellenti i piatti dall antipasto al dolce. Le tagliatelle al rosmarino condite con un ragù bianco e i pici al curry una prelibatezza così come l’agnello con pesto al basilico e il maialino nero cotto a bassa temperatura al latte e fonduta di formaggio. Per finire i dolci che abbiamo provato tutti la millefoglie crema chantilly e fragole, cannolo alla ricotta, dolce al bicchiere con crumble cioccolato ricotta e pere e il tortino al cioccolato Consigliatissimo qualità prezzo ottimo Un plauso speciale alla chef che dopo aver terminato al servizio e’ passata tra i tavoli a chiedere come era andata.

Rosmariniani ne vale la pena venirsi a fare na bella spunnata di cibu riservate il vostro tavolo personale molto simpatico e accoglienza spaziale

Excellent experience at this restaurant. They enhance typical Sicilian products! Really excellent lunch, with refined products and associations, not the usual lunch! I regret not having photographed the first courses and the meat, both served in the right quantities. Good service, friendly owners and waitresses. Fair price. Excellent product quality. Small internal location but I highly recommend it.

Very positive experience as the staff who manage the place are very knowledgeable and not to be underestimated but also kind. Refined dishes with local ingredients, the black pig from Nebrodi prevails above all. Recommended because as a farmhouse it is outside the box. The price is in keeping with the quality of the products and preparations

Nice, very quaint place , kind and welcoming staff, prepared on every type of dish, excellent Nebrodi pig, excellent desserts. I highly recommend, shame about the directions BUT IT'S WORTH IT

A great local dining-experience. Good homemade wine, great homegrown vegetables, good steak, served in a homey atmosphere. We recommend ordering the vegetable appetisers, as they were the stars of our meal. We were the only foreigners. It seemed that locals come here to eat the steak and drink wine. Make sure to call ahead, as the opening days/hours on google cannot be trusted.

Delicious food, good wine selection and recommendations, rustic authentic atmosphere. The friendly owner served us and his lovely wife makes the yummie food. We are happy we made it up here, don‘t let the bumpy road fool you.
