19/09/2025: It's located in a very quiet, tree-lined alley in the heart of the city. The staff is super friendly. I went for a drink one day, and I stayed for tapas for two more days. They're original and delicious, combining different ingredients and countries. The owner, Paolo, is a real sweetheart. Today I made Kalimera for my friends in Modica. 😉 I'll definitely be back. I loved it.

07/09/2025: Great little find. I had the “Bobs burger” which was actually better than expected. Would go back just for that. Cocktails were great aswell. Very pleased with this place. Friendly staff

16/10/2025: We visited this trattoria for lunch and found the service courteous, friendly, and delicious. The first course, tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, was superb, but perhaps lacked a little more salt. Obviously, this is my personal opinion, as the food was quite tasty, but the dish was definitely worth it. The rich and varied appetizer, accompanied by excellent local honey, added an extra touch. The kindness of Bruno, the owner, and Bruno, the waiter, truly made us very happy. We will definitely be back.

16/10/2025: my husband and I had the BEST dinner here!! The pasta is as fresh as it gets, cooked perfectly, and the flavors in the sauces are unbelievable. Truly the best Carbonara either of us have ever had. This is a truly authentic trattoria owned by a wonderful family whose pride in their recipes shine through in the final product. We can’t wait to visit Bruno and Georgia again soon 💕

20/09/2025: Where do I begin? Pure horror from top to bottom. (We haven't even gotten our food yet.) Two full moons had already passed before we finally got a menu. The slick-faced waiter gave us a reproachful look when we didn't want to order ANY wine. When we finally got a menu and were shocked to discover that there were no meat-free dishes, I decided, with a heavy conscience, to order two side dishes (again, with a reproachful look from the waiter). I've been waiting for my two side dishes for 45 minutes now 🤘 The rest is up in the air. PS: The food arrived after we'd already made our way to the restroom a few times, which was nicer than the ambiance in the entire restaurant. The side dish simply arrived after the main course, or rather, one of the side dishes never actually made its way out of the kitchen!! The burger was okay. My plea to everyone: if your stomachs are already rumbling and you have a hungry lady with you, I would advise against visiting this place. Otherwise, it's fine. But the city is beautiful, and there are plenty of other good restaurants 😉

06/10/2025: Was honestly shocked and needed to make a review on this. VERYYYY very rude to customers. The owner actually yells at people when they wait for a long time and tells them LEAVE!!! It was unbelievable. Felt very uncomfortable - would not recommend.

04/10/2025: Excellent! The food is delicious, the atmosphere is peaceful, and the service is impeccable and fast. I ordered pasta a la norma, which was delicious, and the swordfish rolls were super fresh and tasty. The salads were delicious and fresh! I loved it!

17/10/2025: We enjoyed a wonderful dinner at this restaurant today. It was our last evening in Sicily, and it was so special. The food was excellent, and there was also a welcome drink with an aperitif and delicious bread. The staff was very attentive and so warm, as if we were regulars. We felt very comfortable.

04/10/2025: We wait for a waiter to consider us for a table. I say hello and they pretend not to see us. I tried to stop the head waiter several times to ask for a table, but he avoided me, annoyed by the overwork. It was confusing, yes, but that's not how it's done. Pure rudeness.

04/10/2025: Delicious and easy to digest pizza at a fair price. The crust, although very rich, is not heavy at all (with a nice fig liqueur it goes down like a charm).

21/10/2025: We had lunch at this Osteria on a Sunday in October. It's a secluded and welcoming place, the staff are polite and professional, and the food is very good. We ordered a fish parmigiana, which was good but a bit bland. We followed it with a baked grouper with citrus fruits and spinach, which was very good. It's a shame the spinach wasn't enough, and they didn't provide us with the weight of the grouper, which, given that it was fresh and weighed, should have been provided. The only downside is the excessively high bill: €90 per kilo for the fish and €20 for a glass of wine seems excessive to me.

20/10/2025: The service was genuine and warm, and they weren’t pushy to upsell. I appreciated their clear explanation of the catch of the day, including the offer to have the fish prepared in two ways: Sicilian capers and sultana stew, and homemade breadcrumbs. The fish was fresh and perfectly cooked. Kudos to the service team and chef!

10/09/2025: Simple and clean atmosphere, super helpful and smiling staff. We ate various arancini, with ragù, alla Norma, Vulcano, pistachio and speck, all delicious. Congratulations!

05/10/2025: A simple, rustic, family-run restaurant with a good selection of appetizers, first courses, and second courses. We had an appetizer and a second course, octopus salad (very tender, the only flaw being the giardiniera salad) and mixed fried fish (red mullet, cod, and calamari rings). The fish was very fresh and delicious. Good value.

01/10/2025: Traveling through Sicily, we landed here for lunch. Street parking is easy and free. The digital menu showcases delicious dishes, including antipasti, primie, secondi, and dolci. Surprising combinations of fish and meat, while maintaining tradition and offering a fresh, modern style. The wine list—which hasn't been digitized yet—offers a fine selection of regional whites and reds. We enjoyed a white wine from near Etna, a DOC Etna Bianca. We finished with a lovely dessert of a broken canoli with ricotta cheese and a warm pear tart with rum. Compliments to the chef and the service!
