The food was nothing short of spectacular—each dish prepared with fresh ingredients and presented with care. The linguine vongole was delicate and full of flavor, the rich bolognese was comfort in a bowl, and the lobster—tender and perfectly seasoned—was a showstopper. 24/05/2025: On the occasion of the Bersaglieri National Gathering, we went from Pordenone to Marsala. We enjoyed the hospitality, the food, the wine that we received at Bottega del Carmine! Not only food, wine and service but also a lot of availability! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

First courses with very original combinations and generous portions. But what makes the difference is the service: friendly and helpful staff that always makes the customer feel at the center. 24/06/2025: I went there with some colleagues during a business trip. The food is of the highest quality, but what stands out is the staff. They have already invented starred chefs, but when they also invent starred waiters, you will find them all there. Go there. I will definitely go back.

21/07/2025: We are practically in San Vito one week every summer, and go to Bianconiglio min once, preferably twice. Love the food (yes, it is meat, lots of other good fish places if that is what you crave), I love the wines, my son’s love the gin selection 🤣 And Michele and his team just creates a fantastic experience

There were 5 of us, two plates of lemon mussels (they were two appetizers, but the quantity was like a second course 🔝) a mixed fried fish, a grilled fish, a mixed fried calamari and shrimp, mixed salad, two plates of chips, house white wine, 3 bottles of water, three Sicilian cannoli, a cassata and a dessert from the chef. Coffee €113.00. Friendly staff. Very characteristic place. We really had a great time. Thank you

20/06/2025: We went to this family-run restaurant on the recommendation of our hosts and we can say that it was a wonderful discovery. The fish was very fresh, cooked with great care and respect for tradition. The sarde a beccafico, in particular, were the best I have ever eaten in my life: a perfect balance of flavors, delicate but intense, simply unforgettable. The service was equally exceptional: kindness, cordiality and a warm welcome that made us feel at home. You can feel the authentic passion of the family that runs the restaurant, and the attention to detail makes the experience even more special. A genuine, sincere place, where good food and Sicilian hospitality meet in a perfect way. Highly recommended!

08/06/2025: Quite late we started looking for a place for dinner and we found it by accident, delicious pizza with the best tomato sauce we've ever eaten. I RECOMMEND it. I usually don't order pizza with cold cuts/meat but to be in Italy and not eat a pizza with Prosciutto is a sin!!

30/05/2025: Everything was very good, excellent service, friendly staff. It was a shame to have witnessed a heated discussion between two members of staff at the end of the evening. It's not good in front of a customer.
