26/06/2025: First evening in Mesagne. On recommendation, we went to this place for dinner... A perfect welcome from the waiter who spoke French. We were delighted with our evening. There will definitely be others.

Certainly for its elegant location, nestled among centuries-old olive trees, but above all for the trust that Paolo, the dining room manager, and his fantastic staff placed in us. Paolo and Mimì, the dining room manager, accompanied us throughout the entire preparation phase of the event, fulfilling our every request and guiding us with discretion and expertise right up until the wedding day. We and our guests will always cherish this special date, July 12, 2025, made so by impeccable organization, attentive service, and the excellent quality of the food. 09/08/2025: July 26, 2025, the most important day of our lives, we decided to celebrate at Villa Ciccorosella. This enchanting and elegant location, a perfect blend of a farmhouse and a reception hall, meticulously maintained and refined, was a perfect match. We fell in love with it immediately. Paolo Miscioscia, the director, guided us from the very beginning with discretion, kindness, and professionalism, advising and being available throughout the event. The lunch was excellent, using only the finest and highest-quality ingredients, much appreciated by all our guests. The staff was always present and attentive to our every need, and Mimì, the dining room manager, with her professionalism and kindness, took us by the hand and guided us through that wonderful day, ensuring everything went exactly as we had hoped. 04/09/2025: Really enjoyed our evening here. The food was delicious and there was a good menu with good choices. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. The wine recommendation was very good and we enjoyed the wine. We returned 2 days later and had the same wonderful experience. Sadly we must return home so cannot return to Matisse but would highly recommend it. Grazie.

It never disappoints; everything is perfect, with a menu that's meticulously crafted in both quality and presentation. The staff is professional and attentive. They never disappoint; every time it's a pleasant and tasty discovery. Well done.

15/08/2025: We had lunch on August 15th and I must say it was an excellent experience, from appetizer to dessert: excellent, carefully prepared, and truly delicious dishes. The staff and owners were courteous, helpful, and friendly, making us feel immediately at ease. The place is meticulously cared for, welcoming, and pleasant. The bathrooms are spotless and equipped with a changing table, wipes, and soap—a precious touch for those with children who may have forgotten something. A great place, where you can feel the care and passion. Highly recommended!

12/08/2025: We had lunch in passing at this osteria which I would say was high quality, service, food, cleanliness, pasta with clams and porcini mushrooms was remarkable, everything delicious, we will gladly return.

31/08/2025: Yesterday, we went to Trani with friends and... by chance... we stumbled upon the Pescandolo Restaurant... the interior is beautiful, very well-kept, and the open kitchen is splendid, facing the diners... the staff welcomed us and served us with great professionalism... and what can I say about the SUPERLATIVE dishes? So if you're passing through Trani, stop at Pescandolo. Paola

Proposta gastronomica con vasto assortimento di antipasti, pizze, primi, secondi ed eccellente carta di carni e carpacci. Buona carta vini. Ottima la qualità, servizio pronto e cortese. 02/07/2025: Locale carino, personale di sala e proprietari molto gentili ed accoglienti. Abbiamo iniziato la cena con degli ottimi arrosticini di falda, mentre gli arrosticini di picanha sono risultati più duretti. Buone le pizze con varie farciture, ed ottimo il ciccio. Il ristorante offre la possibilità di assaggiare vari tipi di carni, buone. Ottimo anche il carpaccio misto di carni. Questo locale è un'ottima soluzione per chi vuole mangiare pizza o carne. Complimenti ai proprietari ed alla signorina Martina che ci ha veramente trattato come dei familiari. Prezzi ottimi, materie prime anche.

29/07/2025: A nice, old-fashioned place, the waiters constantly walk around us, refilling our wine, asking what to order (they don't ignore you), and most importantly, the food is great.

01/09/2025: We were there last night, we bought a portion of chips and two portions of pasta with fish, water and local alcohol. Everything was good, we will be back.

28/08/2025: Unfortunately, it was a dinner I won't remember. The gratin mussels, which I only discovered were Spanish afterward, as the waiter explained it to another table, were completely overshadowed by the gratin cheese. The fried mussels weren't fried, they were boiled (I'll leave you a photo). The bill, in my opinion, was excessive for the quality, which, alas, I didn't find in the dishes. The positives: the staff were friendly throughout the service, the homemade cake was delicious, and the fennel liqueur they kindly gave us for free.

31/08/2025: To celebrate my birthday, I chose Il Bel Paese in Mola, a restaurant I already knew for its excellent seafood, and I wanted to introduce my family to it, having come all the way from Matera. My expectations were not disappointed: generous portions, high-quality ingredients, and dishes with attention to detail, from the table setting to the plating. Thanks to chef Vito, always attentive to the customer's needs, and to Mariangela, a kind and helpful waitress who looked after us with professionalism. Everyone was satisfied, and even though we're a bit far away, we'll definitely be back. If you want fresh, expertly prepared seafood, this is truly the place to be!

31/08/2025: "An excellent culinary experience!" We came from Matera specifically to try this restaurant and were extremely satisfied. The fish is simply delicious, incredibly fresh, and perfectly cooked—a true pleasure. The service is attentive and impeccable. Special thanks to Mariangela, our waitress, who served us with great courtesy and professionalism. A place where you eat very well and feel welcomed. We'll definitely be back!
