I've had a great experience with the staff, who are very friendly and always available, as well as with dinner, breakfast, and the room. The food is delicious. I really enjoyed my stay. I recommend this hotel.

The discount wasn't applied correctly, specifically on the lobster linguine, which wasn't included in the set menu but was included in the first course. This was noted during an attempted second reservation, which we later decided to avoid.

06/02/2026: We had our wedding rehearsal dinner here in 2015 and we try to come back every year. In those 10 years, the food, service and atmosphere have never dipped below 5 stars. They were very accommodating and really went above and beyond for our rehearsal dinner and remember us every year. Hopefully we're lucky enough to go for another 10 years!

07/03/2026: A truly enjoyable dinner at La Risacca Blu on Via Tadino. The fish was incredibly fresh, the dishes were well-prepared and very tasty. The atmosphere was very welcoming. Special mention goes to the staff: friendly, professional, and very attentive to their customers. Definitely a restaurant we'll return to.

19/01/2026: I went for lunch because I was told they had a fixed-price lunch menu. The food was quite good; the pasta was al dente, the steak was good, and you eat on a cloth tablecloth, not paper placemats. The place is well-ventilated, so there aren't any cooking smells in the dining room like other restaurants in the area. Unfortunately, the lunch menu included some dishes I don't eat, so I opted for a second course different from the main menu. This didn't work out for me, and I ended up paying a lot more than a business lunch. Of course, I knew I wouldn't pay the fixed price, but I think they need a bit more flexibility, especially during work lunch breaks. That said, if you're flexible and don't have any particular dietary restrictions, I recommend it; otherwise, I'd avoid it.

25/01/2026: Terrible place, terrible experience. Noisy, haphazard service, mistakes. But above all, it's a place that allows a group to shout, insult other guests, even severely, and mock elderly people and women without intervening beyond mild sneers. The waitress, or perhaps the owner, then asked the insulted guests to pay and leave, not the other way around. Totally not recommended.

08/02/2026: The pizza is nothing special. The desserts are expensive for the portions. The staff is very friendly. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it for the quality/price ratio.

16/02/2026: Perfectly cooked bistecca fiorentina. Served on a hot plate and seasoned at the table. A must go when you like meat!!! At the time we were in the restaurant it was still very quiet, no other customers. On other days when we past by the restaurant it was always very busy.

18/02/2026: Excellent restaurant, centrally located in Bergamo, well-maintained and welcoming. The staff is attentive and friendly, and the food is truly excellent! We had a platter of cold cuts and cheeses for an appetizer, accompanied by polenta and bread, and the legendary elephant ear for our main course. Everything was delicious! The only "flaw," if I may say so, was the long wait between the appetizer and the cutlet. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be back!

11/01/2026: We saw the positive reviews here on Google Maps and decided to book a table (for 3) in advance. The experience was really good! Carlo (the owner) was super nice and attentive with us, even without us speaking proper Italian. The ossobuco was specially great. If you need a place to eat here in Bergamo, you should definetely come here

The food is simply delicious: every dish is carefully crafted, with balanced flavors and quality ingredients. Special thanks to Chef Francesco, who not only delighted us with his refined cuisine but also took the time to personally greet us—a gesture we greatly appreciated. His dishes are a true delight. I will definitely be back!
