I did the six course tasting menu with all the wine pairings - excellent! I enjoy this restaurant over Michelin star restaurants because they don’t lose the plot! They are inspired by local traditions and ingredients and deliver delicious!

The lunch meal that we had at yhis restaurant was just perfect. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the tables with white tablecloths, nice silverware and wine glasses by Ridel, not to mention proper hand towels in the restroom instead of paper. Instead of picking dishes for each individual course, we pucked their set menu for 25 Euros, and it was an excellent choice. Each plate of food was nicely presented, perfectly cooked and well seasoned. Getting some extra sweets upon requesting a bill was just the cherry on top. I can definitely recommend this restaurant. Two thumbs up!

The food was incredible, carefully crafted, and full of flavor. The owners and chefs were incredibly friendly and welcoming: they made us feel at home from start to finish. Through the chatter, the complimentary liqueur, and the shared bottle, you immediately sensed that they were genuinely kind. An authentic and incredibly enjoyable experience.

Elegance, courtesy, customer service, and dishes of exquisite taste and flavor are the key characteristics of Il Violino. A sure bet for those who want to eat well in Cremona and be welcomed with white gloves. Well done, I'll be back.

Delicious food (from appetizer to dessert) and excellent service in a very welcoming setting. It's a shame about the €5 cover charge (per person) and €4 coffee, which are truly excessive.

11/03/2026: We've been to Nuovo Maosi on different occasions, for a dinner with a few friends and for a business lunch with many guests, and both times we were very satisfied. Elena is certainly passionate about her work and offers tasty, carefully prepared dishes. For the business lunch, she also advised and guided us through the menu (also attentive to vegetarian and lactose-free options, etc., as can happen when there are many people). The service is good, and the atmosphere is welcoming and elegant. Recommended!
