The quality at lunch varies. The gluten-free pasta option was good (it's a great thing to have it), but the main course was poorly prepared. The chicken and vegetables were barely edible. Overall, a quick lunch for more than €20 is acceptable since it's centrally located, but it's not cheap, and I wouldn't return.

This isn't our first time eating at this restaurant, and each time it's a sure thing. The dishes at Al Vicolino are plentiful and high-quality, but the real difference is the staff: an extremely polite and professional team. They could sell politeness! Well done, well done, well done. We were a very large party of most English speakers. The waiters and waitresses did a very good job of accommodating us despite several members of our party being very confused or shouting contradicting requests. The food was good but some of the dishes were a bit dry and maybe over salted. Still mostly good reviews from the group.
