25/06/2025: “Da Franco” is a restaurant-pizzeria with a very extensive menu in the historic center of Bergamo. You can choose whether to eat typical Lombard cuisine or pizza. The waiters are very kind and fast. The location is very nice and clean: there are two outdoor spaces and an indoor space. Prices are normal. Highly recommended.

I point out that just go on the internet to find satisfying recipes. A restaurant of an acceptable level would have provided otherwise. Terrible

16/06/2025: Small but nice place. Very kind and helpful staff. Meatballs with beans very good, we tried a saffron risotto with sausage, good but not wow, same thing for the Milanese cutlet.

12/06/2025: Excellent food and service... friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable staff... it's a shame to have witnessed the pitiful scene of the owner who treated his employees very badly in front of everyone using very offensive terms, making the evening uncomfortable for all those who dined there, also because zero discretion, he shouted and offended using very vulgar terms to a person of his staff who could have been the age of his father. If I wrote the terms he used my comment would be blocked. He should be thankful that he has people, who run a restaurant for him also because from looking at him he doesn't seem like someone who knows how to move in the kitchen or even at a managerial level. So one star refers to the owner of the restaurant... one star, because zero was not possible.

We visited with a friend yesterday night during our short, less than one day visit and we were looked after so well that we truly felt special! Million thanks to everyone - Miss Irini, the two gentlemen as well as to the other lady. I couldn’t recommend Dal Carlo highly enough and both my friend and I look forward to visiting as soon as we are back in beautiful Bergamo. They welcomed us even though we had no reservation and it was already past 1.30pm... Truly exceptional location for being in the heart of Brianza, elegant and refined internal rooms and very quiet, very beautiful veranda and the park I would say is the jewel in the crown even if we were not able to visit it in its entirety. Refined food, very well cared for and I would say delicious, excellent fish dishes. Prices in line with the offer. Attention to small details. Highly recommended, we will be back!

27/05/2025: Wedding: Alessandra welcomed us into her world; she immediately showed herself available and attentive to our requests. Her collaborators were impeccable! The Location does not need beautiful words, you only need to see it once to fall in love with it. Immersed in an almost fairy-tale greenery surrounded by mountains makes the place magical. We celebrated the wedding with an official civil ceremony at the Green Tower with the celebrant (delegated by the municipality) recommended by them and everything was perfect! The floral arrangements, to say the least, were the work of Cristina (Alessandra's collaborator) to whom we send our most heartfelt thanks. Alessandra left nothing to chance, accompanying us step by step (not in a metaphorical sense), in every moment of the day. The food was appreciated by ALL the guests, not only for its quality, but also for its quantity. We can therefore say that our most beautiful day was made even better thanks to the skills of the entire team!! A NEEDED CLARIFICATION -- some reviews boast of problems with the music and DBs, well I would say that there was no problem 😊😊 and the music was quite loud ☺️☺️
