Here, through the original menu, with two additional courses, we savored a reinterpretation of many flavors and textures. Every detail is carefully crafted and richly described, yet still giving due weight to the dish being served. It's a slow experience to fully appreciate the flavors, aromas, and intensity of each dish. By the end of the meal, you're completely satisfied. The table and the room are very intimate, with subtle lighting defining the perimeter. The attentive and calm wait staff exude serenity, ensuring a pleasant evening. The price is perfectly in line with the offerings, reflecting the quality and attention to detail, and above all, ensuring excellent service.
