07/04/2026: I ordered a Margherita pizza to go. After paying, I waited 30 minutes. I asked if it was ready and they told me they'd forgotten to tell the pizza chef. When I got home, I opened the box, but unfortunately, what I saw didn't resemble a Margherita pizza. The pizza was unsightly and inedible. What makes me even angrier is that the most they can do for the inconvenience caused to the customer is apologize in an annoyed tone, as if it were almost my fault.

07/04/2026: More than a bar, it feels like a barista. A place that exudes a sense of organization, crammed with rules and restrictions, rather than a welcoming atmosphere. Greeting customers is a must in a bar, but here the staff greets you as if following an internal procedure, which feels forced and impersonal. In fact, they pay more attention to their rules than to the customers. A few days ago, I went in to pay a bill, but the employee let the other customers who arrived after me go ahead because, she explained, she was "stuck" because the other cashier was busy with a customer, and she had to "feed" the flow of customers toward the bar (probably in compliance with their procedure...). After a few minutes, I mentioned that I needed to pick up my son and that I was running late, but nothing happened; she continued "feeding" the bar... I had to leave; I'll only return when absolutely necessary. I understand the procedures and the management of "flows", but if a bar decides to install a lottery service, then it has to receive those who have to pay a bill... OK, business, maybe the customer too, though

17/02/2026: Thanks to Francesca at the front desk, always available and impeccable… Thanks to Giorgia whose smile and sweet words at breakfast help you start the day off right… Thanks to Simone, a dinner manager like no other I've ever encountered in any hotel in Rome… and last but not least, a warm greeting to TIZIANA, the massage lady who, with what she does in the hotel's spa, should be considered an employee of the month!!!!!!. I think I'll be returning to the hotel this weekend not only because I feel like I'm part of the family but specifically for her massages. 08/02/2026: Great location - walking distance to everything. Top notch service! Friendly and accomodating. Very knowledgble Rooms are spacious, clean and our room even had a towel warmer. Nice shower and large closet space. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was nice and plenty of options and variety. Hot and cold options. Will stay there again on the next pass through! Definitely recommend.

18/04/2026: A quiet and recently renovated atmosphere, ideal for a relaxing evening. The service was quick and efficient, with a young but very polite and professional waiter. The quality of the food was truly excellent: delicious pizza and fried foods, carefully prepared using quality ingredients. The arrosticini were also excellent: tender, well-cooked, and very flavorful. The quality-price ratio is more than fair. The background music was also much appreciated, helping to create a pleasant atmosphere without being intrusive. A place I definitely recommend!

25/03/2026: Excellent wood-fired pizza, both meat and fish dishes, and very friendly staff. I can't wait for the warmer weather to arrive so I can enjoy an aperitif outside by the pool.

01/04/2026: Extremely expensive. I recommend the pastry section. The kitchen was very good, but it doesn't justify the price. We ordered a croque madame, which was very good, a toast with avocado and salmon, which was very small, especially considering the price, and a chocolate muffin that was spectacular. The service was excellent. Impeccable. But the prices are outrageous. A tea was €10, and it wasn't even perfect. It was a decent breakfast, but for €75 for two adults and a child, you expect more quantity and a superb level of quality, which isn't the case. In short, the place is very nice, but stick to the basics.

12/04/2026: This was our first restaurant during our stay in Rome… and we ended up going back on our last night! It was our best experience: the food and the staff were so friendly. Absolutely nothing to complain about. We highly recommend it.

09/04/2026: We received a warm welcome and were seated quickly. We ordered a plate of Carbonara and Cacio e Pepe pasta. The prices seemed slightly high for the portions, but the food was good. However, we waited a long time for the bill, which we finally had to ask for after several attempts.
