Friendly and helpful staff, very good and original yet simple dishes, we felt right at home, and the tiramisu was amazing.

I call it my favorite place. Excellent food, and despite being in the center of Rome, the quality is excellent. The owner and his staff are kind and helpful. The prices are absolutely fair. See you soon.

The location across from our hotel made it an easy choice. Service was good as well The local white wine stood out. Crisp, chilled, and clean. Food came out uneven. • Rigatoni cacio e pepe missed • Pasta undercooked, some pieces almost crunchy • Sauce sat too long, cheese clumped and turned heavy • Fettuccine with guanciale worked • Good flavor, cooked right • Butter noodles raised concerns • Pool of oil left at the bottom of the plate The meal ended poorly. I had to head back to the hotel right after due to stomach issues. We spent the past week in Umbria eating excellent meals. This lunch in Rome marked the first miss.

What a wonderful experience! We happened to pass by and noticed the place. The staff were welcoming, very polite, and attentive to detail. The customer service was top-notch. The food was quality and generous portions! All this was accompanied by courtesy and kindness!

We had breakfast and finally had a really good coffee. The young man who served us was friendly and nice, entertaining us with information. Prices were average, and the products I tried were fresh and of good quality.

The four of us came with our dog to get away from the crowded Piazza del Popolo. The small shop immediately caught our eye because many students from the music school across the street were having lunch there. We were very satisfied with the quality of the food (pizzas, sandwiches, tiramisu for dessert, and coffee), the service, and the prices.

I stumbled upon the restaurant at 7:30 in the morning on my way to a class. I was immediately struck by Mr. Silvio's kindness and smile. I returned at lunchtime with a colleague and we were both thrilled with the excellent lunch. The linguine with fresh tuna, cherry tomatoes, and olives was superb, and the chicken alla norma was exquisite, as was the tiramisu. The service and hospitality were impeccable, as was the value for money. An "old-school" restaurant, not for tourists, a typical Roman trattoria with an authentic flavor, a precious discovery in Rome's historic center. We'll be back!
