The place is beautiful!! It's divided into two parts. You can choose to dine in the modern part or the old part!!! You can visit the caves and step back in time!!! They organize parties and events. The food? Excellent!!! If you want to taste REAL NEAPOLITAN pizza, you have to go to ERNESTO e VALENTINA! They offer various menus, you'll be spoiled for choice. Great prices! I recommend it to everyone. Quality and courtesy guaranteed.

Service was a bit confusing and very slow, and the wait for food was long even though the place wasn't busy. The waiters were friendly, however, and given the obvious delay in delivering the pizzas and their poor quality, they apologized and tried to offer something more. The problem lies with those who sent out certain pizzas, not realizing they weren't up to par. The fried foods were good. The prices were fair, and the atmosphere was quiet, even if the caves were a bit shabby. The desserts were a bit disappointing.

The food is delicious, but the service leaves much to be desired. It's very, very slow. You have to ask at least twice to ask for anything. Be careful, though. I've read a lot of complaints about the staff's politeness. The waiters are very friendly and polite, but their speed and understanding of requests could be improved.

Six of us came here on a Saturday night for a get-together with friends, and what can I say...everything was fantastic. We ordered four pizzas, one slice, and one sandwich, all delicious! Excellent service, friendly waiters, and the owner, Ernesto, was incredibly nice. We'll definitely be back!
