17/05/2025: Nice place on the beach but shameful. A fried fish cone costs 15 euros with 6 frozen calamari inside and a ridiculous fried potato cone costs 10 euros. Everything is fine but this is a steal

07/05/2025: We went as a group for lunch on May 1st. Very fresh fish cooked in different settings suggested by the owner, even the raw ones are very good. Quiet environment and impeccable service. The owner is an exquisite person.

05/04/2025: La mia valutazione severa dipende sostanzialmente dal calo negli anni della qualità del cibo. Anni fa era tutto eccellente, poi molto buono, ora direi solo sufficiente. Il locale è comunque molto frequentato, clienti del quartiere affezionati, servizio basato più sulla simpatia che sulla professionalità. Se si prendono primo (o antipasto), secondo e dessert, più il vino, il prezzo finale è elevato. Posto gradevole e nulla più: noi non torneremo.

01/01/2025: We only ate pizza and dessert, but we had a very good time. Low, crunchy and light pizza dough, really good and well seasoned, we took a buffalo and a Calabrian one (very spicy 🌶️). Same thing for the decomposed Pavlova, which is truly pleasant at the end of a meal! The service is fast and very kind. Truly a great discovery! We will definitely be back

15/04/2025: Ero per lavoro da queste parti ed in pausa ho chiesto un aperitivo: mi hanno servito un bitter di sottomarca (la cui bottiglietta è stata fatta subito sparire) con noccioline e pseudo-salatini da discount, quelli che sono super salati per nascondere il non-sapore. Ovviamente il prezzo pagato era lo stesso di altri bar con prodotti migliori. No, così non va...

26/05/2025: I've been coming to eat here for years and I've always left satisfied, excellent quality/price. Now the portions are smaller (the fried calamari and shrimp reduced to half, with an increase in price) and terrible quality! The stew had raw mussels and the risotto with scampi cream was once exceptional now not. The pizzas were not cooked but flaccid and not crunchy and then the calzone stuffed with ham where the mushrooms were completely raw. The most embarrassing thing was the fact that 5 of us, after finishing the appetizer, first course and second course of fish, had to wait another 30 minutes to eat the pizza and the calzone with completely raw mushrooms! Practically from the supplì to the yeasts more than 1 hour passed! They told us that they were giving priority to home deliveries... Absurd! The only positive note are the guys who serve at the tables, very kind. Obviously we spent much more than the last time we were there and we left very disappointed. Unfortunately, I didn't expect a total decline.

24/05/2025: Overall an acceptable restaurant, the food is a lot but not of high quality, the environment is chaotic and rustic. If you are looking for a fast restaurant, Golden Italy can certainly be a choice, but if you are looking for an elegant restaurant, it is better to opt for other places.

26/04/2025: Warning: it is no longer the Gabriella restaurant. Changed management but they still answer the phone with their previous name. We did not receive a table menu, only a verbal list of dishes of the day (which however did not correspond to the cost of a fixed menu...). Tiny portions and inaccurate descriptions of the dishes. Quality not excellent. Not very attentive staff. You couldn't pay with the POS (and in any case the bill was too high)

26/04/2025: This review refers to the new management. Place recommended by a friend who evidently didn't know about it. Unfortunately it was a bad experience, especially considering that it is under new management. I should have photographed my plate of gricia which left me speechless: very small and ridiculous portion. The lemon scallops were inedible for me and it hasn't happened for a long time that I haven't been able to eat something. Grilled vegetables without texture. And then the baked potatoes, which were evidently finished: few arrive and to compensate they had filled the void with french fries, without giving an explanation, without an excuse which would have at least been a sign of good will. Undrinkable coffee. Dry bread. But the worst thing of all was seeing a mother, I presume the owner and to whom the new restaurant "Rea Silvia" was dedicated, this is the new name of the restaurant, mistreated by her son who called her rudely between the tables and among the customers, perhaps thinking he was better than her. Of all things this was the worst and saddest. Understanding for the lady who is the only thing I save in part of this place because she was kind. Yet she also gets the bill wrong, and not just with us (other customers have objected), we only discovered the cost of the dishes at the end because there was no menu and, the icing on the cake, you could only pay in cash and this is truly unacceptable. 27 euros for not eating anything. 12 euros for a grill that was non-existent. I hope that these criticisms will help you improve since you are just starting out because you cannot treat customers like this and expect to be paid, and even a lot.

01/06/2025: My favorite restaurant in Rome. The Sicilian Tuna is divino. Chill atmosphere with outdoor seating on a narrow street lined with cobblestone. Very attentive staff.

13/05/2025: Rather spartan and not even that cheap... actually... paper tablecloths, basic service...

09/05/2025: Historic, neighborhood pizzeria, never with great demands but without too much effort. I was extremely disappointed this time. I book 2 days in advance, I show up early and the welcome from the waiter allowed the free table to be occupied by others who were not in line without a reservation. I wait half an hour and they give me an internal table, when on the phone I had explicitly asked for an external one. Sitting down, I read the menu which has significantly increased compared to a few months earlier. Very slow service, a lot of noise, tables very close together. 1 water, 3 beers, 1 can of coke, 5 pizzas and 2 chips, they can't ask for 80 euros. I'm sorry, although as a trader I always try to give priority to neighborhood businesses, I will certainly choose other pizzerias, which fortunately are many in this area. P.S. with the prices of December 2024, unchanged for some years, the quality/price ratio was all in all. Now I consider it very expensive.

28/04/2025: On vacation for a week in Rome, we certainly chose one of the best restaurants for our last evening! Good food, beautiful dishes and good value for money. Note that this establishment is the only one not to have charged us for the meal and to offer us a digestive at the end of the meal. Special mention to Asma, room staff, who received us very well and accompanied us pleasantly throughout the meal, helpful and attentive. If you are looking for a restaurant in the area, don’t hesitate!
