27/08/2024: Visited Capperi 2 nights in a row with my family as it was located conveniently next to our hotel. I can not recommend it enough. The waiters on both evenings were friendly, fun, and attentive, cracking jokes and entertaining us all. The menu was extensive, and the food was lovely. Do yourself a favour and visit if you are in the area!

15/07/2024: This place is an absolute gem! The food is unbelievable in taste, texture and color - and is made from all locally sourced ingredients & hand prepared by the chef/owner. The owner couple is so kind and knowledgeable & very helpful for us folks with limited Italian skills. And the ambiance & view is breathtaking. Don’t miss this one. Go go go!

27/06/2024: Our family traveled across France, Poland and Italy for three weeks and this restaurant was by far the best experience. Daniela was gracious and had patience with us. She made suggestions but did not try to over sell us The food was exceptional and you could tell it was made with love. The view of the town and the clock tower was beautiful. I can't express enough of how perfect our whole experience was.

11/08/2024: Fantastic food, mouth-watering and finger-licking. Super service, with super friendly, patient and kind workers. The environment is quiet and not being too crowded allows you to eat your pizza with wonderful calm. If I could give 6 stars, I would give 7

09/08/2024: Da premettere che vivo da 19 anni in zona e il locale ha sempre soddisfatto le mie aspettative in termini di qualità e preparazione. Siamo tornati ieri sera con una coppia di amici, ci mancavamo da un bel po', abbiamo preso dei fritti e la pizza, tutto molto buono. I fritti perfetti, per niente unti, ben croccanti e di ottima qualità, le pizze tutte perfette, nessuna sbavatura in quanto a cottura condimento etc. Unica nota stonata, scoperta poi nello scontrino, sembra una sciocchezza, ma credo faccia la differenza, 2€ di servizio a persona a corredo di un prezzario delle pizze non proprio economico, si parte da un minimo di 7.00 per una marinara ( che nel Napoletano ancora viene servita al tavolo a 4.50 ), fino a un massimo di 13.00 per le pizze "speciali" su cui, per carità, nulla da eccepire. Giro molti locali, e il consiglio che mi sento di dare è di rivedere a ribasso, magari utilizzando anche i decimali, un 9.50 € fa un altro effetto rispetto a un 10 € . Ad esempio se il servizio al posto di 2€ fosse portato a 1.50€, sono certo che farebbe una certa differenza. Cosa comporta di così drammatico rinunciare a 2 euro di incasso su un tavolo di 4 persone ? Oppure decidere di applicare uno sconto, al superamento di una soglia di spesa media pro-capite, ad esempio, ti sconto il servizio se superi i 25€ di spesa a testa, cose così. Di formule per sorprendere positivamente un cliente e indurlo a tornare e a parlarne bene con amici il giorno dopo ce ne sono tanti, basta fermarsi un attimo e riflettere. Buon lavoro e alla prossima.

08/08/2024: A desire for real Neapolitan pizza (but not only that) with a view of Lake Bracciano? A very pleasant team, efficient and attentive service, family atmosphere and quality. We go there regularly in the summer after swimming in the lake, always with the same pleasure :)

25/08/2024: A take-away of mouth-watering pasta and desserts. The service is friendly and informal, sober and pleasant. Different types of pasta can be made with fresh seasonings at prices appropriate to the quality of the product. Don't miss the cacio e pepe and the pesto. The single-portion tiramisu is unforgettable. Worth trying if you are in the Monti area as an excellent alternative to overly touristy places and other take-aways. If you feel like walking and like art, 4 minutes away you can eat in a park overlooking the Colosseum or near San Pietro in Vincoli.

25/08/2024: Very good food, whenever I have the opportunity to visit Rome, I choose this as one of my points. Very good gnocchi with carbonara and tiramisu included + free water And nice service :) Regards

01/08/2024: Bald and short guy (the host) just rob me... i said 10% tip and he took 25% when he gave the interac machine to my wife in order to pay. The food was barely ok. I am leaving this continent hating Italians because of this kind of abusive behavior. Barcelona was ok, Cannes, Nice even Pisa... but Rome i will never ever come back. Dont eat here.

15/07/2024: Hanno la cattiva abitudine di scordarsi gli scontrini se paghi in contanti. Il cibo è nella media. Sono disorganizzati, se prendi diverse tipologie di pietanze non riesci a mangiare insieme a chi sta al tavolo con te.

12/07/2024: I will make a review based on my experience, without being biased to anyone. Starting from the most important fact, that is the cuisine, let's say that the dishes are very abundant as I had read in the various reviews but above all... Too much but too well cooked, they are really very good, so I would highly recommend it and I already know that I will return. I can certainly guarantee that it is a restaurant where you don't spend a salary and you don't even leave hungrier than before!!! If I really have to find a small flaw, in the outdoor area it is really very hot, even in the evening you are dripping with sweat, between the heating lights, the crowd of people and the canopy which obviously overheats during the day under the sun. Maybe a simple fan would be enough. For the rest I must say that the prices are very honest compared to the quantity but above all also to the quality of the food which is the most important thing when you go to eat in a restaurant. We had a waiter who wasn't very kind, but I really can't say anything about the rest, so as far as I'm concerned I gave it 5 stars, all of which were well deserved, and I'll be back!!!

27/07/2024: The owner Giuseppe is very nice, the waiters very professional and very good. I ate an amatriciana which was a spectacle!!!! Excellent red wine. It was the first time but I will definitely be back on my next trip to the capital. I gave it 5 stars but it deserves more. What can I say? Highly recommended!!!! Go and you won't regret it.

24/07/2024: I took a single dish consisting of a first course/pasta salad (orecchiette), a side dish of spinach and chicken salad. A fantastic lunch, a good and genuine flavour, whoever was with me took several slices of pizza, here too, what can I say, very good!!!. The staff too, helpful and kind. Probably seen from the outside it might not have an effect, but we stopped and were impressed, considering that the single dish satisfies and has a decidedly low cost, €12, in short, I strongly recommend it to anyone who goes to Rome and stays nearby.
