17/05/2026: I had lunch at this restaurant. Nice place and good food. The scam of booking with TheFork? You think you'll get a minimal discount, but then you get hit with something else. I went with my daughter. After ordering food and water, the waiter, who is either well-trained by now or is it a restaurant ploy, recommended pouring a prosecco directly into my glass, and then into my daughter's glass. She doesn't usually drink (she's a teenager), emphasizing that she doesn't drink, but he had already filled her glass. Bottom line: I paid €27 for two glasses of prosecco. It's absurd and shameful. This is how they scam people who order with TheFork, so anyone who finds themselves at this restaurant should beware of being ripped off.

10/05/2026: Excellent, refined dishes and friendly staff. The only flaw was the bathrooms, which were dirty even though the place wasn't very crowded. Overall, it was a positive experience, highly recommended.

19/04/2026: We went to this restaurant tempted by the fact of being able to see Rome but we were very disappointed. First of all the service was decidedly bad despite paying €8. The waiters completely forgot about our table. We ordered at 9.10pm and after getting up to ask for the starters, they arrived at 10pm. We had to get up to ask for the bread ourselves and bring it to the table. The first courses were carbonara or amatriciana, definitely not. As for the desserts, nothing to say, excellent. We were definitely expecting much more, not to mention the decidedly high bill. But never mind, we wanted to try.

The appetizer for two was plentiful, some cured meats more flavorful than others, but the prosciutto is missing, which in my opinion should be a must-have in an appetizer. Especially because it's on display as soon as you enter. They only make whole wheat focaccia, and the €5 price seems excessive to me. The waiters' service is a bit distracted. You order wine and forget it. Then they bring you red wine when you order white. They bring the meat and don't bring the dishes. How can you not bring the dishes along with the hot grill? They don't consider that meat eaters would want salt on the table, so you have to ask for salt or oil. They serve the sliced ​​meat rare (as it should be), but they don't heat the stone enough to keep it hot enough to cook it more for those who want it. Not everyone likes it rare. The prices are average, except for the focaccia and desserts.

29/11/2025: A delightful lakeside restaurant. We were greeted with such kindness and professionalism, and then pampered like we hadn't felt in a long time. Everything was truly excellent and carefully prepared, from the appetizers (the octopus alla Luciana was truly exceptional) to the first and second courses. I really appreciated the paccheri being perfectly cooked. The menu caters to all tastes. The service was truly attentive, and the lunch was relaxing. The owner, Mr. Francesco, was very kind to us and our daughter. I'm so happy we ate there, and we'll definitely be back. Try it, it's worth it! :)

12/03/2026: Not that great place. It doesn’t feel as a restaurant that much. Too crowded and to many tables. The tables are so close to each other that it feels you sit with someone else at your table. We have been there around 3pm after visiting the Colosseum on a Sunday and it was really busy. The for was ok, not impressive but ok, same as the coffee. We just wanted to eat pay and go without relaxing to much as everything felt in rush. Prices are ok but I am sure there are other restaurants around that can do better for the same money. It’s ok to eat there, don’t get me wrong but after a long day visiting the Forum and Colosseum and walking around from the morning we felt that we need to relax a little after lunch, but this place couldn’t offer that. Thank you!

12/03/2026: Excellent restaurant. Gnocchi for my wife and saltimbocca for me. Superb. With homemade tiramisu. And the new Seadas are excellent, definitely worth trying! The service was also very friendly. The staff were attentive. Enjoy.

06/06/2026: We had an appetizer and a mixed grill for two. The appetizer arrived after the grill, which was already lukewarm. We asked for two plates to share the grill. The plates were dirty and greasy. I asked the waiter to take them away because they were truly disgusting. He didn't apologize and didn't bring us any more plates. We ate from the serving plates. The burgers were raw. Slow and inaccurate service. Dirty dishes. Poor food. I had been there a couple of years before for pizza and it was good. This time we were completely disappointed. I won't be back again.

06/06/2026: A Roman trattoria, but with quality and affordable prices (first courses around €12, pizzas average around €12). It has plenty of seating inside and a decent outdoor area on the Lungotevere, in a decidedly redeveloped area. Arriving on a packed Saturday evening without a reservation, we were immediately informed that they could seat us, but we'd have a long wait. Having been notified, we decided to sit anyway. In the end, the wait wasn't that long, and the food was truly good: excellent pizza, pasta too, and especially the excellent Roman-style artichokes made the old-fashioned way, with chopped garlic and mint. The espresso tiramisu was delicious. We'll be back, maybe not on Saturday: some confusion on the part of the waiters, but given the evening, it was understandable.
