09/07/2024: What an amazingly beautiful restaurant. Family run!! Mama made most amazing ravioli, tagliolini pomodoro, and fish!! Tirami Su was the best we have ever had!! We wish the family all the best!! This is a beautiful little gem that one must try out!! 5 stars and beyond!!

15/05/2024: The place is certainly beautiful and the staff is very helpful but how messy! We order two first courses, two second courses and a side dish. Both the first and second courses arrive 5 minutes later than each other, resulting in each eating their course while the other waits. There is no doubt that the quality of the raw materials is good/excellent while the preparation is discreet. Particularly negative note: the bread had a strong yeasty smell.

26/07/2024: Molto simpatico il nome originale del locale BUB1: in pratica la denominazione sintetica dell’enzima serin-treonin chinasi ovvero il Saccharomyces Cerevisiae, il lievito della fermentazione enolica. Quindi si presume una buona Carta dei Vini! Ho provato una buona Amatriciana, eseguita a mestiere con guanciale croccante e poi il piatto forte della casa: il Roast Beef. Al calice ho trovato un buon Nebbiolo. Un locale molto ben frequentato. Costo molto conveniente. Da tornare.

09/07/2024: The food here is next level, I've been to a lot of places that serve nice mash potato and I like to think that I myself can make good mash... Try the roast beef and mash here and you'll have to rethink what good mash is. Don't think English roast beef and mash either, it's nothing like your thinking. I tried the food before I took a photo, big mistake in this case. After the first mouthful I forgot to take a picture. The photo I have was taken by my lovely Girlfriend who is not the best with a camera but it gives you an idea of the dish. I ordered a freddo cappuccino, which I like sweet but they serve them unsweetened, I mentioned quietly to my girlfriend that I should have asked for it to be sweeter and within moments someone was at the table with sugar syrup for my drink. I wish we had service in the UK that was this attentive. All I can say is if you are in the area this place is a must. Absolutely blew us away. If I could give more stars I would. Thank you Bubi's.

09/08/2024: the restaurant is purely designed for foreign customers who have never tasted traditional Roman and Italian cuisine. In total, two waiters probably spoke Italian in the room, not to mention the poor and unprofessional service. This choice was the only flaw in our stay in Rome. We strongly advise against it.

06/08/2024: Posto di qualità, ristoratori da una vita. Pranzo di lavoro , consigliato se si deve concludere un affare! Zuppetta di vongole veraci in bianco con giusto un pizzico di pomodorino: ottima Gnocchetti con calamari e asparagi, debbo dire molto delicato come primo. Scampi e gamberi crudi freschissimi Ci ritorniamo

27/05/2024: Best seafood and one of the best meals overall we had in Italy. Nice atmosphere and good service in the small restaurant. Good selection of wines. About 65 Euros per person with tip.

13/08/2024: Pretty good but the service is fast and not always very pleasant. All tables reserved at 7 p.m. we feel that it is an institution. The ciao pepe and tiramisu were excellent

12/08/2024: Food: A bit too salty Atmosphere: too hot and where I was sitting, there was no fan, nothing. Service: some staff members were friendly while others were just rude.

06/08/2024: I took a Neapolitan buffalo pizza dividing it and a parmigiana. Both very good. It's not easy to find such a good Neapolitan pizza with tasty buffalo mozzarella. I advise

06/07/2024: After years we decide to try this historic restaurant and I still don't understand the positive reviews. We have seen dishes served with dishes all prepared in advance which are heated or brought cold to the table from the food rack in the corridor. Lots of people who take various fried and fried fish ready in 2 minutes of rather dubious quality. We decide to have 2 simple first courses, lemon linguine and prawns and they take 25 minutes to prepare... 2 large plates of linguine arrive (fortunately the well cooked ones) and the prawns?!? yes and no it must have been 20g... of prawns and NOT prawns as written on the menu. I point this out to the waiter who, with unpleasant turns of phrase, makes us understand that they serve that "type" of prawns in their pasta. As well as other phrases that he would have made a better impression not to say. Furthermore, the prawns had also been cut into pieces to make them look bigger, but do you think that's normal?!? We are not foreigners, we are not customers, we live in Ostia and we have received the message. See you never again, thank you.
