04/05/2026: I grew up in the Nomentano neighborhood, and the place was a landmark for a long time. Until a few years ago, it was doing reasonably well, but now the look and wine list need to be updated, otherwise they'll lose customers.

31/05/2026: I had an mazing dîner at this Italian gastronomy food restaurant in Trastevere. I also enjoyed the sommelier advices on wine based on the associations I wanted for my main course and desert. I had a quick talk with the chef through her oppened kitchen when I left to thank her, she was very warm, which made me appreciate the overall experience of this evening even more. I recommend.

08/05/2026: We went to this restaurant last night. We were worried about coming across one of the usual tourist spots, but instead we had a good meal, friendly staff, and average prices (it's a tourist spot, so there's little you can do about it). The pizzas are perhaps a bit pricey (from €10 and up), but the entrees are around €12.50, almost less than other places.
My Gricia was truly amazing; that crispy bacon really gave it that extra touch.
Recommended!

30/05/2026: For a few years now, whenever I can, I've been going to this restaurant, always for lunch, and it has never lost anything in the quality of the food, nor in the politeness and professionalism of the staff, and in the prices, always in the "average" range, never excessive. The welcome prosecco, their coffee cream at the end, are an extra touch, those are also appreciated... I absolutely recommend this restaurant.

21/04/2026: Intrigued by the reviews, I decided to try this restaurant over the weekend.
I was honestly disappointed by the quality and preparation of the dishes.
Sardinian gnocchi drowned in 3 liters of red sauce, inedible and overcooked.
The pork had a rubbery crust instead of crispy, and the artichoke was nothing special.
The packaged almond paste dessert at the end of the meal.
The service was courteous and friendly, but honestly, I don't think I'll be back.

14/12/2025: The space is large, but the acoustics aren't great for conversation. The service is a bit slow (probably due to the size of the place). The food is good.

11/06/2026: Big pasta fan, we tried the carbonara, gricia, cacio e pepe with truffle, and gnocchi with beef ragù.
The carbonara was the strongest dish of the group, with a noticeable egg and guanciale flavor. The rest, unfortunately, were quite bland, and the sauces barely came through. The one consistently positive aspect was the pasta itself, which was cooked perfectly al dente.
Based on the dishes we tried, I wouldn’t recommend this place.
