30/06/2025: The restaurant "Cacio e pepe" in Olevano Romano is characterized by rustic cuisine and strong flavors. The dishes are tasty and plentiful, the table service is courteous and efficient. We dined outdoors, on a comfortable terrace near the medieval walls. I recommend the spicy porcini gnocchetti, the classic abbacchio à scottadito with a side of chicory, and an excellent chocolate dessert. The bill is adequate for the quality of the service offered.

16/06/2025: The atmosphere was a bit cold. Although the girls serving at the tables were really very polite and efficient. It was not easy to park in the area. The quality/price ratio was perhaps not the best.

Nice place if you can eat outside in the square, but the €14 carbonara was inedible; the rigatoni and pancetta were supermarket-quality, I'd say, and the cream was the same. My son's cacio e pepe was the same, and I'm not even talking about my €19 fried calamari and shrimp... I think the pizza and meat aren't bad, though, because it's supposedly a grill pizzeria... So avoid the fish and Roman cuisine. Plus, the price per person with drinks and maybe an appetizer is around €30, not exactly cheap for the place.

10/06/2025: Welcoming, well-kept, colorful place. Kind and friendly service. The wine selection is well-balanced and complete but what is surprising is the food: excellent, quality and varied with its local proposals and meze. I really liked it and I hope to return soon, maybe on Sunday when they organize their events that I have heard very good things about.

27/05/2025: Hybrid place, it tries to cover a bit of all the expectations of a bar/bistro in a secluded and quiet area of ​​Quadraro: it doesn't succeed, if not perhaps for the turnout and the trendy youth attendance at the weekend. The aperitifs are average, the food doesn't surpass it, with that mix of Roman cuisine but not enough, Mediterranean but not specified what. Mussels with pecorino cheese with pecorino cheese stuck on the mussel (scrape it off to eat it?); hummus from blended chickpeas in a 50 cent jar, without the taste of cumin garlic or tahini. Slow service, nice but slow. I would like it to be less anonymous, but maybe the owners are fine with it, as long as it fills up on the weekend the grain doesn't hurt, on the contrary. However, despite the intentions, the neighborhood deserves better.

20/07/2025: I don't recommend this place. I won't go into detail about the hot inside, lacking atmosphere, and overall poor service. The food... we ordered three different types of dumplings and three different sauces. The sauces were underseasoned, tasteless, and bland. Everything tasted the same. For the food, it's not worth spending a cent. In my opinion, avoid it.

15/07/2025: The spaghetti Bolognese with Parmesan was absolutely INCREDIBLE. Best restaurant in Rome I have been to, with kind workers and amazing pasta. Edit: 1 year later and this remains the best food I've ever had. Also just noticed google flagged my review as fake so it has not been up since I posted over a year ago. If you are reading this the appeal was accepted This restaurant is in my top 5 reasons I want to go back to Rome

10/07/2025: Dinner for three on a Thursday evening without a reservation. Of course, since it's a beachfront establishment, the tables are set directly on the terrace as well as in the indoor dining room. We chose a table near the balustrade overlooking the beach and enjoyed the bright red sunset as we dined. The dishes on the menu included two seafood salads, a baked sea bream with potatoes, a grilled fish platter, and a sea bream roll with eggplant. A glass of white wine, two bottles of water, and three desserts to finish. Everything was perfect, both in terms of freshness, quantity, and quality. The cooking, the pairings, and the palate were impeccable. Service wasn't fast, but that's understandable if you don't want pre-cooked food. We were satisfied. The price was perhaps a bit high. Total: €125, or over €40 per person. We'll be back.

12/07/2025: I'm leaving one star because I ordered the whole chicken for €70.00 and received a chicken that wasn't actually spit-roasted on the spot; it looked like any other boiled meat, given the pink flesh and lack of crispiness. Everything else was exceptional, as always. As a regular customer, the ingredients are exceptional, but don't order the chicken; the price is unjustified. I'll be back.

25/06/2025: Great location also close to the metro. Nice rooms especially the recently renovated ones. Very attentive and courteous staff. Good internal restaurant as well as breakfast. After a complete renovation of all the rooms it will certainly be an excellent structure

18/07/2025: The hospitality was top-notch, with great attention to customer needs and excellent advice on choosing the dishes. We tried the gnocchi all'amatriciana and the melt-in-the-mouth lamb with potatoes, cooked at a low temperature. The ingredients are all top-quality, and above all, even though these are typical dishes, the chef managed to create a spectacular dish. Also noteworthy was the super-creamy tiramisu with a crunchy crumble. Superlative

23/04/2025: 18th party for my son, Diamante room, excellent experience! New, recently renovated premises, high-level stereo systems. Professionalism and seriousness in the organization, in particular the very good DJ, photographer, proposed by the venue, and barman. I highly recommend it!

13/04/2025: We celebrated my 50th and my son's 18th in two nearby rooms. Perfect organisation, all the staff friendly and helpful. All the guests had fun and the venue is very nice, well set up and spacious.
