Check the level of the person who cooks your meal by looking at the reply from the owner of this restaurant on my review.This is crucial because it reflects the level of the person you might need to complain to. 2. They will ask you to pay for the dishes you don't order. 3. The owner of this restaurant want to fight with customers He tells customers bad things like stupid, shame on you, etc. after that, he just said, “Who are you?” 4.Take a picture, just in case the service and food are bad. If you write a bad review here, the owner of this restaurant will lie, 'You've never been here.' 5. This restaurant is manipulating reviews. Google Maps now says it's closed(Dec-13 /2023), (Feb-10/2024)but new reviews keep coming up. And most of the five-star accounts are false accounts with no history of evaluating anywhere else. My wife and I dined at this restaurant in May of 2023. Initially, there was a lipstick stain on the first glass, but we overlooked it as such things can happen. We ordered pizza, pasta, and a salad. However, the salad was missing, and instead, we received french fries due to a waiter's mistake. Although we attempted to return the fries, we were encouraged to keep them. Surprisingly, when settling the bill, we were asked if we wanted to include the fries. We declined, questioning why we should pay for something we didn't order. I documented this entire incident in a review, but the owner denied it ever happened, resorting to insults. I continue to share my reviews to prevent others from facing similar situations. I dont want to be a king or what, I just wanted to get a service for the money I paid. But they failed to do so. I would have revised it to 5 stars if the owner of this restaurant apologized and said he would correct it. But The owner of this restaurant said bad word to me and threatened to know where I live. I've lived in Taiwan, China, South Korea, the United States, Mexico, Thailand, and many other countries, but I've never seen a place as terrible as this restaurant. This place is a shame of Europe. Please stop running restaurants forever for the sake of humanity, your attitude is like a disaster for tourists visiting Rome. I know what respect is, but it's not necessary for people who don't know respect. The owner of this restaurant has bad words for other people's one-star reviews. He has no remorse whatsoever. He's erased all the bad things he's said to me so far. Fortunately, because he knew it was a shame. But I won't erase this review, not because I hate this restaurant, but to prevent any travelers visiting Rome from getting unpleasant in this restaurant like me. I've been revising reviews almost daily since May 23, to reduce even one victim. I don't think this time is a waste. I don't enjoy writing this review. But I don't want to run away from the fight he started first.He should be responsible for this fight. I will keep this review updated until he repents his wrongdoing and sincerely apologizes. So far, 4,533people have seen my reviews. I'll try to get more people to see it in the future. Have a nice trip!

04/08/2024: Really average, we had eaten in the restaurant next door the day before, we were thinking of eating there again but it was closed on Sunday evening so we opted for this restaurant but above. Pasta like we made at home, the lemon sorbet had ice cubes in it so had to be a little dated, the grilled vegetables that my partner took were okay but nothing exceptional and the tiranisu was dry. The people who were at the next table sent back their fish which was obviously not good and their older child barely touched their meat.

31/08/2024: Stumbled on this place when we were hungry, it was quite early in the evening so the atmosphere wasn't 100% yet but the staff were nice and fun, service prompt, and the pizza was good quality.

02/08/2024: Very suggestive place, an al fresco dinner in former cellars. A must if you go to Frascati, parking in front of the place is very convenient. Very good appetizers. Naturally starters with gluten-free cured meats and cheeses. Even the children liked everything. Definitely coming back

23/07/2024: The restaurant is simple and comfortable and has a small outdoor area where you can eat during the summer. Starters and pizzas are really excellent. Everything was very good, from the dough to the toppings. The staff is friendly, welcoming and customer-focused.

26/07/2024: We had dinner at Renzo's last night. Very intimate setting, with few seats which make the atmosphere pleasant and relaxed. Friendly and helpful staff, with whom it was a pleasure to have a chat. Excellent quality food and above all with truly typical Sardinian products. As a Sardinian I felt at home! They also have a wide selection of wines. We will definitely return to try other dishes on the menu. If you are undecided about desserts I highly recommend the Seadas, it feels like being in Sardinia!

11/08/2024: Far from your traditional Rome trattoria. When you walk in, it feels like you’re entering an exclusive nightclub. Judging by the upbeat electronic music and dark interior design, it almost is. Very nice staff who know wine, probably the first time in Rome where the red wine didn’t have the same temperature as the hot summer weather. My only complaint is that the volume for the wine by the glass was a bit low (it ain’t cheap). The kitchen mixes classic Italian with some modern influences. Experimental without being pretentious. We had the pigeon, which was well cooked on the skin side but left rare on the other, a bit weird but apparently “traditional”.

16/08/2024: All very good starting from the appetizers and continuing with the pizzas and an excellent risotto with porcini mushrooms. The desserts are also good and there is nothing to complain about the fast and attentive service.

13/08/2024: Do you want to eat a super good pizza with excellent quality ingredients? Do you want to be served with elegance, with a smile and with a lot of respect towards customers? And do you want the environment to be superlative? So, go to the pizzeria, L'Oro di Napoli, in Lido di Ostia and I assure you that you will be super happy!!! Highly recommended!!!

12/08/2024: Driven by the good reviews, I left central Rome and headed to this pizzeria. Once there, I ask for a table for two but they report waiting times of around 30 minutes, although the place had plenty of free seating both inside and outside. We decide to wait and after about 15 minutes, after pointing out the presence of empty tables, the waiter lets us sit inside. We order two Coca-Colas, a montanara and two pizzas. Very slow service despite the low turnout. After almost 20 minutes of waiting the montanara arrives, good I must admit. After that we waited in vain for the pizzas. And like us, other people also sat down beforehand. What happened? Almost an hour after arriving, the power goes out repeatedly and the whole place stops. Meanwhile, street vendors came in and out. Total confusion, to the point of deciding to go on an empty stomach. Ah, I forgot, there were no ingredients available for some pizzas, including buffalo mozzarella to the point of wanting to replace it with provola cheese!! 😳 Disappointment!!

18/07/2024: The location is beautiful but exclusively thanks to the location and Rome which is wonderful while the appearance of the external furnishings could be improved. The food is only sufficient and absolutely not up to the bill, which can only be justified by the view. The suggested wine/food pairing is spot on. I will not repeat this experience which I would only suggest to a foreign tourist
