29/05/2025: Historic place, the interior with a period boisserie, never changed since I was a child in the 70s, is always enchanting. The last time I was there I was with some foreign colleagues, who really appreciated the pasta (6 dishes for four people!), while I have always gone there Solone only for the pizza. A pleasant discovery after many years. Pleasant and friendly service, never too intrusive.

27/05/2025: We sat outside and it was a nice little dead-end street with a lovely atmosphere. The waiters were friendly and food was decent, very good pizza but the rest we shared (some appetizers and starters) were just okay.

18/06/2025: We walked past the door and the lady at the entrance greeted us very kindly. We were unsure where to eat, but her kindness made us decide. The food was very good and the service was excellent.

12/06/2025: I can absolutely recommend it! The senior lady greets her guests personally, which I really appreciated. My pasta cacio e pepe was simply delicious. My daughter wanted ravioli with tomato sauce, and even though it wasn't on the menu, they had no problem giving her exactly what she wanted. Great atmosphere! Very close to the Trevi Fountain. Great food - great atmosphere.

30/06/2025: The restaurant "Cacio e pepe" in Olevano Romano is characterized by rustic cuisine and strong flavors. The dishes are tasty and plentiful, the table service is courteous and efficient. We dined outdoors, on a comfortable terrace near the medieval walls. I recommend the spicy porcini gnocchetti, the classic abbacchio à scottadito with a side of chicory, and an excellent chocolate dessert. The bill is adequate for the quality of the service offered.

28/06/2025: After reading a lot of reviews I wasn't sure what to expect. I'm so glad I didn't listen to the negative reviews because I couldn't find anything wrong. It's in the Roma Termini train station and has food that's popular all across Rome. It was next to our hotel so it was very convenient. I tried a Mortadella, Stacciatella, Pistachio sandwich and it was very good, a fried artichoke which was tasty, another sandwich that was stuffed full of meat, cheese, lettuce and some sort of spread and again delicious, Trapazinno, Suppli, pastries, desserts and drinks. They definitely did not hold back on the alcohol in their drinks. The service was great at every stall especially at the bar. The prices were excellent and you don't have to pay any extra charges you normally would have to pay at a restaurant. Just show your receipt to get into the washrooms if you need.

11/05/2025: Do you know that restaurant that makes the whole trip perfect? ​​This is definitely one of the most fun, service-oriented, and delicious restaurants I've been to in the Bracciano area. They were able to accommodate all of us and were creative and open-minded to our requests. Perfect for families. Perfect for meat eaters. Perfect for vegetarians.

11/05/2025: The dishes are excellent, the dosage of condiments is perfect but the first course of ravioli was a little poor, taking into account that it is the most expensive first course on the menu. Regarding the second, however, I was amazed by the quality of the meat and the skill in cooking it. The service was a little too pushy and uncomfortable (I don't mean the guy who just started), but also very fast. The prices are high, but in relation to the culinary quality they are fair. I'll be back as soon as possible.

Even if it seems the opposite, I didn't receive any money for writing these two lines, in fact, I actually gave some to the creator of this happy place (not too much I must say) but I had such a good time that I couldn't help but introduce this talented and knowledgeable chef. Mine wasn't a hopeless case, I didn't have to learn how to make a cutlet and at home we ate more than decently, but what I learned here was the magic of doing, of smiling. I have attended at least ten schools where they make you bone two fish and come with the basics ready, here every single bite is made from scratch, everyone participates and the raw materials are delicious. Loretta, in addition to being a cheerful person, has great expertise on the subject, which she also enriches with a lot of historical information on the various dishes that are cooked. 30/06/2025: I have eaten there several times and unfortunately the inconsistency in the quality of the food has left me disappointed. During working hours and in the middle of the week the place is packed given the proximity to a well-known multinational that has its headquarters right in front. Often to guarantee a fast service, they sin on the attention they pay to the dishes, especially on the cooking of the meat (those of the steaks are a surprise, needless to say). The staff is always super friendly, even under obvious stress.
