26/06/2025: Excellent wine selection, super friendly staff, awesome dishes across the board. We had the rack of cold cuts and cheeses, eggplant flan with provola cheese, white ragu and carbonara, and sashi rib steak. Steaks are served on a sizzling hot plate so order slightly more rare than you normally would. We did med-rare and it was perfect. Finished with the alcoholic digestive smoothie of forest fruits + limoncello which was delicious. Staff had amazing service and wine recommendations. Definitely make a reservation for dinner!

23/06/2025: We came here based on a recommendation and we’re so happy we did! We started with a basket of handmade bread from the restaurant — it was excellent and came with a nice variety. My wife ordered the spaghetti with three raw tomato sauce and basil — it was amazing. The blend of flavors was fresh and perfectly balanced. I had the Raviolini Ripieni di Stracciatella di Bufala e Crema al Tartufo Bianco. I’m not exaggerating when I say it was either the best or one of the best ravioli I’ve ever had. The lingering taste of the truffle after each bite was superb. They also brought us a small portion of soup on the house, which was a lovely gesture. It was a hot day in Rome, but the soup wasn’t overly warm — just right. The restaurant is located in a very charming area — I recommend walking along the street just outside. If I return to Rome, I’ll definitely be coming back to try other dishes!.

12/07/2025: A famous old cafe in Rome, where Gogol and other Russian writers often visited. The halls are full of old paintings, interior items and furniture. Very tasty coffee and desserts. Next time we come to Rome we will definitely come here for dinner.

28/06/2025: We found our restaurant. A chic restaurant. The food is really good. The welcome is warm and the decor is tasteful. When we place our order again, the receptionist greets us with a smile. The wait is short. The pasta and pizza are very rich in cheese, and with the wine, it's even more delicious. We'll be back for my birthday.

25/06/2025: Hello everyone, I think the restaurant doesn't like French people. You want to make an appointment, they put you on a waiting list, and you NEVER get a reply. You show up at the restaurant, an Italian bulldog comes out and tells you to move on. So, dear fellow French citizen, if you want to eat Italian food, go elsewhere because they didn't know about friendliness. Jean-Marc

20/06/2025: What a gem of a place, and reasonably priced for an unforgettably amazing evening. Went with a party of 6 on a Tuesday for a birthday surprise celebration. Sent a message to the restaurant prior to our visit and arranged for a little surprise for the birthday person. The restaurant seemed to be full, but hard to say as I didn't get the opportunity to walk through the "rooms"... Allergies and specific dietary requests were taken serious and flawlessly taken care off during service. Flow of dishes was perfect timed (we had the one of the taster menu's) which often is the straw that would break the camels back as a whole experience, but here it was spot on. We were also asked during dinner if we wanted a "pause" before the next dish or if we wanted to continue on. Amazing! All dishes were spotless and it got better and better as the evening moved on. Based on personal taste preferences, I can not talk on behalf of everyone and will leave my own taste comments out of the review as it's irrelevant, but the general consensus was very positive by the whole table... Service was very attentive, through out the evening and extremely professional and knowledgeable when asking about specifics around the dishes and wines. On average it cost EUR 200 per person which is an unbeatable deal at this level (including, a bottle of spumante as aperitif for all and wine pairings for 5 of the 6 guests) which included the smaller of the taster menus (it takes time to get through it all). If fine dining is scaring you off, this would be a great place to start, as it's very relaxed and down to earth. The food speaks for its self... So, we will without doubt swing by next time we're in Rome as this is just an amazing place with amazing staff and great location (if staying in the Termini area). Highly Recommended

I had the pleasure of sitting at their table and being surprised by a raw fish dish that, without exaggeration, I would call one of the best I've ever tasted in Rome: excellent raw ingredients, selected with obsessive care, and presented in a simple, unfussy way, because when the fish is truly fresh, nothing else is needed. The quality of the catch is evident in every bite, from the raw fish to the other fish dishes, all built around a clear concept: highlighting the raw ingredients without overpowering them. Each course arrives at the table at the perfect moment, with a delicacy that reflects the extraordinary attention of the entire wait staff: professional, smiling, attentive to every detail, but never intrusive. You can sense the passion of those who wanted to create a place where the experience is not just gastronomic but human: here you feel truly pampered, from the welcome to the last sip of wine. It's no coincidence that those who love good fish and quality raw fish know that they can always find a guarantee at Piani.

09/07/2025: A place I visited a long time ago. I'm glad it's still there. I hope it prospers until I go back 🙏 All the menus fit the Korean palate well. The tiramisu, which is rolled out on a cart, is a must-have dessert.
