Incredibly beautiful decor, very clean, a stunning view of Rome, a wide selection of food, and the taste was impeccable. 13/01/2026: I visited here for dinner. I live in Florence, so pasta is a familiar dish to me, but the carbonara I had here was delicious. The dessert was also delicious. (There aren't many restaurants that serve delicious desserts, so I was satisfied until the very end.) The interior is stylish and has a lovely atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful, so we enjoyed the meal without feeling too formal. I recommend it for couples. The price was also reasonable compared to other restaurants. Thank you for the meal.

07/01/2026: This was our second meal at this spectacular restaurant. The proprietors were warm, friendly, helpful and generous. The food was next level. The focaccia for the table was sublime. The spinach and sage ravioli were delicate and flavorful. The steak was perfect. The wine selection is pretty much unlimited. The desserts were delicious. Eat here if you are in Rome, 100% recommend.

I must admit that I'm very demanding when it comes to the quality of ingredients and flavor combinations. I can undoubtedly say that this is one of the best restaurants I've ever eaten at. The menu is original and strictly seasonal, the wine selection is excellent, the location is delightful, and the service is impeccable. Truly excellent.

10/01/2026: The restaurant is meticulously prepared down to the smallest detail. We were greeted with a glass of prosecco and a much-appreciated entree. Each dish was meticulously prepared: the waiter paid attention to the fact that we had ordered a single tartare for two people and kindly brought out half of it on two plates. The first courses were truly delicious, with portions that weren't overly generous, and above all, of the highest quality (worth the price!). The staff was once again extremely friendly, bringing us biscuits to finish the meal, which were also greatly appreciated. The atmosphere is intimate and relaxing, perfect for enjoying a lovely evening with the right company. We'll definitely be back!

17/12/2025: Like every time we return to this restaurant, there is always excitement, even though we are now long-time customers. In fact, it has won us over since the beginning of this business. A very refined and very elegant place created in a former 17th-century granary of the Poor Clare nuns and expertly renovated. This restaurant fascinates us as it was one of the first in the Castelli Romani panorama to offer a new, creative cuisine with particular platings that today we would call master chefs, but back then I believe that master chefs did not yet exist. It was a challenge in a place where carbonara, amatriciana, etc. reign, and yet Claudio in the kitchen and Andrea won their personal challenge with tenacity, professionalism and innovation, well done. Recently the restaurant was expanded with a new room, while maintaining the style that has always distinguished them. The menu offers a good choice of meat and fish strictly from the port of Anzio, the wine list satisfies even the most demanding palates. The menu is offered both à la carte and with the option of a 5 or 7-course tasting menu at a decidedly attractive price. The professionalism and courtesy of the entire waiting staff are always attentive and discreet. An evening where the taste buds did "somersaults" - bravo.

26/11/2025: A quaint restaurant in the historic center, with an attractive and well-maintained location. At lunchtime, the service was slow/distracted, despite only three tables occupied. The menu isn't very varied, but it's acceptable; freshly cooked dishes are preferable. The wine list is good, with reasonable prices. Overall, recommended, with a passing grade, but the hospitality could be improved.

18/01/2026: A high-end restaurant for service and food, with a focus on hospitality and tradition. Beautiful dining room with properly spaced tables, fragrant and spotlessly clean restrooms, and vintage and modern tables and service, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The pici alla amatriciana are excellent. Homemade pici are "maschi" (courageously thick and crispy) and incredibly tasty. The pizzetta fritts with largo and chestnuts is spectacular, and I recommend it as both an appetizer and dessert if you're feeling daring. The sweet and sour rabbit is excellent and plentiful. Hazelnut parfait is simply amazing. Average price is around 40-50 euros. Congratulations indeed.

12/01/2026: We just had one of the best culinary experiences of our trip through Europe. From the moment we walked in, the friendly service, the dishes, the dessert—everything was perfect. It's not your average restaurant. You order at the counter, and they call your plate. There's not much space inside, but everything is very organized, and when we were there, no one had to wait long for a table. We ordered the carbonara and the fettuccine Bolognese; I can't decide which was more perfect! We also ordered both desserts; the chocolate cake almost made me cry, haha. My boyfriend and I will definitely be back because we loved it!
