04/03/2025: What a surprise to discover the flavors of this restaurant! Roman traditions are respected, and each dish is a true delight, to the point where words fail me. Special mention for the tiramisu, served in a moka coffee maker: an original presentation, and a cream as light as a cloud. What a joy to end with such an exquisite sweet touch! I highly recommend this superb restaurant

26/03/2025: We visited here on the last night of our trip to Italy as a gift to my husband who gave us a trip as a gift. We were able to make a reservation smoothly from Japan, the restaurant was sparkling, and the staff spoke English slowly and were kind. There were other Japanese people there besides us, so it was obvious that it was popular. The service was a little slow after the appetizers, and we left halfway through due to our own reasons such as tiredness from the trip, so we regret that we didn't get to the main course. The food was really delicious! The appetizers in particular looked cute, and we were impressed by the variety of flavors we could enjoy from the bite-sized dishes 🥺✨ The price was not too high for us, and even though we left halfway through for our own reasons, they deducted the charge from the course price, so it's a very reasonable restaurant. I would definitely like to visit again when I travel.

08/03/2025: We love this place! We had been here several times. The menu changes depending on the season. The dishes are incredible tasty and the service always friendly and really welcoming. Clorofilla is a place for something special, something a little bit extraordinary. If I have to mention something to improve: 1-2 vegetarian dishes more on the menu would be appreciated. 20/01/2025: Una Locanda che è un gioiello; e sembra normale che certi gioielli non si trovino così, sulla via, bisogna meritarseli. La ristorazione è un esercizio strano: il cliente paga un servizio e valuta quello che ha ricevuto in cambio di denaro. La Locanda del Ditirambo è uno dei rari posti, rari anche in Ciociaria, dove non si offre solo questo, dove si mette in gioco oltre al lavoro anche la passione, dove si sentono le persone dentro le cose, e la fatica si fa piacere, lusso. Per carità, niente è perfetto, ma tutto ha un altro senso per il cliente quando si capisce che dall'altra parte si vuole ad ogni costo, con testardaggine, migliorare le cose, e magari migliorare un prodotto già buono di suo, andare oltre, e allora persino quelle che sembrano piccole imperfezioni diventano parte necessaria del bello, non solo perché lo rendono domestico e affabile. Ecco, parliamo del menu', abbastanza ridotto (che è quasi sempre garanzia di un lavoro fatto in proprio e fatto bene); ma prima di tutto vorrei parlare del pane, che lo chef prepara da sé, delizioso. Poi, senza essere lineare, sorprendermi dei dolci, che non troverete in nessun altro ristorante, perché non vengono da un furgone, da una fabbrica, da una pasticceria, ma da queste quattro mura: ma che spettacolo! Che spettacolo un cuoco che si rompe la testa per portarvi i propri dolci a fine pasto, e li fa come dio comanda! Il tris di antipasti si impone come un must, col tortino di patate a farla da principe, una grande invenzione; poi i secondi di carne, coll'ottimo collo di maiale con note affumicate e agrodolci, e una tradizionale bufaletta (stufato di bufala ciociara) tra le più buone mai assaggiate. Tornerò, si certo, e tornerò per i primi, che non ho assaggiato; e per la cantina, che sembra proprio ben fornita. È un posto dove, a meno di non essere proprio ottusi, si torna: un posto del cuore.

11/03/2025: Bella osteria fuori dai circuiti iper turistici. Menù con l'essenziale della cucina romana. Rapporto qualità / prezzo al top. Se vi trovate vicino la piramide / stazione 🚉......da provare sicuramente.

05/02/2025: Fantastic place. The food was delicious, at the beginning we were greeted with a mini pizza starter. The fruit may be wonderful, with a slight sweetness at the end. I highly recommend it, it's really worth it.

25/03/2025: A delightful location, excellent for business meetings or for an intimate evening, courteous service attentive to customer needs, as far as the food is concerned, everything to say, the parmigiana and the pork chops are absolutely worth trying, tasty and melt in the mouth, the pork-based meat dish with cabbage is excellent, tasty and particular. Price/quality ratio normal. When the quality of the raw material and professionalism come together they give excellent results. For the choice of wine we relied on Roberto, a rather apt choice.. I will have to return to try the first ones.

16/03/2025: Ottimo posto! Già conoscevo, ma per diverso tempo non più frequentato , per motivi di lavoro , quindi logistici, ma appena ho avuto modo sono tornato da loro. Cibo con ingredienti di alta qualità, Menu vario, si va dai primi piatti, secondi e pizze. Tutto perfetto. Location. accogliente e personale discreto e gentilissimo. Nulla da eccepire. Consigliato. Sirente un punto di riferimento. A presto!

25/03/2025: Incredible experience at El Maíz! If you are looking for authentic Venezuelan food, El Maíz is the perfect place. From the beginning, the service was impeccable, with a friendly and helpful staff that made the experience even better. The food is simply spectacular. I tried the arepas and the cachapas, both delicious, with fresh ingredients and flavors that transported me directly to Venezuela. I also recommend the empanadas, crispy on the outside and full of flavor on the inside. The atmosphere of the place is cozy, with a decoration that makes you feel at home. Also, the prices are fair for the quality and flavor of the food. Without a doubt, El Maíz has become my favorite place to enjoy Venezuelan cuisine. I will be back soon!
