04/05/2025: Ci eravamo stati qualche anno fa e lo abbiamo proposto per un pranzo con amici. Abbiamo mangiato bene, tutto molto buono, peccato che il conto ci riservava una bella sorpresa:
una tagliata fuori menù, consigliataci, di circa 1.6 kg è costata (solo quella) 153 euri.... inoltre, dopo aver diviso il conto complessivo, ognuno ha avuto un arrotondamento per eccesso su un totale già estremamente importante, pertanto in totale abbiamo pagato '5 euri' in più, non dovuti....forse la mancia? Personalmente non credo di ritornarci.

I often visit Ferrara and was looking for a place like this, I highly recommend it.
11/01/2026: The menu selection is truly poor, and the food is equally so. It's recommended on one website as the top place to eat well in Ferrara, but I really don't think it's worth stopping here.

03/01/2026: Nice place with friendly staff, good quality food, fair price. If we're in the area we'll be back. The only downside is that there are too many tables, it's hard to get through.
02/01/2026: A truly positive experience. It's a very welcoming place, and the staff are incredibly friendly. We stayed here in Rimini for four days and always came here to eat. The food was perfect, and you could tell it was all fresh and not pre-cooked. And don't underestimate their continuous hours, open 365 days a year.
I highly recommend it!

04/03/2025: Mi è parso un po' sovrastimato, pietanze buone ma in dosi modeste e non poi così originali (parere personale), non una grande efficienza in sala ma accettabile. La cosa terrificante è stata l'acustica: a sala piena è impossibile un minimo di conversazione fra due persone senza urlare, a parte l'oggettivo fastidio; era presente la titolare, a cui lo abbiamo fatto notare "a mo' di battuta" la quale ha replicato che di solito non è così (impossibile: è proprio un difetto della sala, una cosa strutturale). Contento di averlo provato, ma tolto subito dalla lista e mai più tornato; nota: ho messo "2024" perchè la data più vecchia che consente il sistema, ma la mia esperienza era precedente di alcuni anni.
04/02/2025: I've been to this restaurant several times, and the food is excellent. Unfortunately, I have to leave a negative review. I made a dinner reservation and tried to receive confirmation via email. I never received any confirmation. After several days, I was simply sent an automatic response (via Quandoo) about the cancellation of the reservation, without even providing any explanation. I'd say that's not how customers should be treated. Good food goes hand in hand with respect and good manners.
P.S.: There's no point in sending emails; they don't respond, and calling is anyone's guess, since they're not even open for lunch.

10/10/2025: I had a guest from Sicily, and I decided to have dinner at this restaurant, knowing I'd make a great impression. The atmosphere was informal, the owners were very friendly, and the quality/price ratio was excellent. We all had appetizers (there were 4 of us), especially the mantis shrimp, cannelli, and canestrelli, and they were excellent. I'd give the manfrigoli a 10, as well as the braised octopus on a bed of cannellini beans, which my son still raves about a week later. Highly recommended.

06/09/2025: Pleasant atmosphere on the veranda overlooking the harbor. The food doesn't live up to its reputation and prices. Service is friendly but extremely slow.

27/12/2025: This restaurant is located in the center of Reggio Emilia, in a very quiet area of the city.
The restaurant is very well-kept, intimate, and welcoming; the cuisine is traditional with modern twists; and the wine list is excellent and extensive.
The service is excellent and attentive.
We highly recommend this restaurant; we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

I highly recommend it.
16/11/2025: A restaurant with large seating in multiple rooms. The food is good and high-quality. There's a wide selection of wines. The service is efficient, fast, and well-organized. There's ample outdoor parking. The vaulted rooms are located inside the farmhouse and are clean and well-maintained. It's a very busy place; reservations are recommended. The only flaw for giving it 3 stars: the noise inside when there are several people is really loud and annoying, making it difficult to even talk at your own table. High prices.

I tried the appetizer and grilled meats, everything was good.
The dessert was excellent.
The staff was courteous and professional.
