15/08/2026: Absolutely ridiculous. I'm not sure who to be more angry with... Myself, Michelin guide or all the people leaving good reviews here. This was an absolute shamble when it came to the quality and flavour of the food based on such a high prestige of awards and accolades. The entrance was cool. You can't really tell it's a restaurant with them plastered everywhere. Greeted by a waiter who was pretty rude and had no personality. Probably shouldn't be working front of house at any restaurant. For dinner we went for a couple of dishes including pasta Ragu and bacon avocado, the fish and skewers. Being with the kids, they offered to make smaller plates for us each. That was really cool and worked well. We were given these peppers stuffed with cheese as a welcome. Pretty stale and looked like they were sitting out all day and just weren't nice. The Ragu pasta just lacked any flavour at all. However, the avocado and bacon one was much better. Not enough to save this review. The skewers were awful. The steak knife couldn't get through it, nor could my canines. It was just such a bad quality of meat and on top of that it was garnished with tons of raw peppers. Not sure what that was supposed to do to the dish other than hide the awful meat. The fish was tough and overcooked. Initially I thought that's interesting but it also became a chore to chew. The waiter we had was actually really nice. Attentive and helpful when ordering and asked how it was all going. We told him the meat and fish were really bad, which he knew as our expressions were only of disappointment and we hadn't eaten it. He apologiesd and on return said the chef offered something else or dessert on them. Not even remotely tempted to take this offer based on the food so far so we refused and asked for the bill. A nice gesture at the end where they brought out a birthday dessert. It was actually really nice as was the sorbet. Shocked to see they had not taken the skewers off the menu. I was told they offered free dessert instead! Wait, what !!! Ridiculous. Ended up giving some discount on that dish but didn't take it off. I thought writing this review might ease the pain but it's made me more angry and annoyed about eating here and at Michelin guide for recommending it. Should really complain to them as well and they should be reading all these reviews to take it off their recommendation list!

14/08/2026: After a long time, I can confirm that Oltre restaurant is a very welcoming and refined place, with a soft, relaxing atmosphere. The food is always carefully prepared, the recipes are refined, and the service is excellent. The attention to detail is unparalleled, always putting guests first. It's an experience I highly recommend for spending an evening with a loved one, pampered with great discretion and professionalism.

04/07/2026: I came here because I wanted to eat seafood Italian food. The atmosphere was great, the waiters were friendly and made the meal enjoyable. The food had a natural and gentle flavor that didn't overpower the taste of the ingredients, and I was very satisfied. The amino acids in the ingredients were amazing! ❤︎

They were able to accommodate a dinner for nearly 70 people, taking into account various intolerances without batting an eyelid and with super efficient service. A special thanks to Alessandro for the organization! Everyone was satisfied and the pizza was very popular!

16/08/2026: Restaurant in the center of Cesena. Everything was delicious, we had a great time, excellent food, both pizza and cuisine. The outdoor square was very welcoming and quiet. The girls who served us were all smiling and kind. From what we understood, it was a family-friendly atmosphere, and that's why we'll be back. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for traditional cuisine and Roman-style pizza. The fried fish and their specialty pizza, CHEF super!!

01/05/2026: Excellent pizza, good service. Perhaps with the May Day long weekend, they weren't expecting so many people. The waiters had incredible aplomb, but it's a shame that the owner, Mrs. Orietta, is so anxious to cut slices, bordering on grumpy.

28/04/2026: On Viale Ceccarini, this is your go-to restaurant! Dishes are meticulously prepared, using fresh ingredients and top-quality seafood! The entire restaurant staff is friendly and makes you feel right at home. Their strong points are definitely the prompt service and the authentic food. A must-try for those who haven't tried it yet!

24/06/2026: This morning, around 12:15, I called the restaurant and the owner answered. She gave me directions and then waited for me in front of the restaurant. When I arrived, she immediately recognized me. We shook hands, and she showed me to a seat. I was happy to learn about her origins, as I had learned about her country and its language. Inside, the air conditioning was on. There were also many people, both office workers and manual laborers. For a business lunch, I had chosen two first courses, two second courses, water, and coffee. The lady's husband is from the Italian region I know best, but the other employees and the pizza chef were also of other nationalities. Perfect for me, as I have studied many foreign languages. Some people, including an elderly couple, opted for pizzas for lunch.

10/08/2026: Even though I was strongly advised against it, I unfortunately didn't listen to the advice... The food isn't bad, but the friendliness (I had more fun with the urologist for the prostate exam), the arrogance, the cursing, the lack of respect and the questionable skills of the owner did the rest... I can't give zero stars to the service otherwise I wouldn't be able to continue... Naturally, in the end, the receipt "didn't arrive..." I reply to the owner: I confirm everything, pointing out that I wrote the review a few days later to get over my anger. She served me "nicely" and didn't issue the receipt... then if she wants to say that geese get milk, if anyone believes her, that's her problem...

30/07/2026: The fried gnocco with prosciutto was delicious, the tortelloni were very good (according to my wife), and the passatelli, let's forget it. Even though there were only a few of us in the restaurant, the service wasn't the best (at my table they didn't even bring grated parmesan with the first courses, while a VIP table was served and revered, which, paying the same as the others, really annoyed me). I will hardly return to this place... After the owner's childish response, I add that he probably confused me with someone else, I didn't say that everything was excellent, the portions were definitely not abundant... I would have gladly put a little parmesan on the passatelli because we didn't know anything about it... not being Chef Borgese, telling him to his face that I didn't like the whole thing very much, he didn't seem polite, evidently the appearance on TV has gone to his head a bit... I advise... Go back to planet Earth

08/06/2026: Food is pretty bad - like a microwave-grade cheap bar. You don’t feel welcome there - everyone has a sad/tired face. Maybe the service is overworked, I don’t know. It looks like a labor camp.

18/08/2026: Super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable waitress! Comfortable atmosphere, lots of tables! And delicious food, both the pizzas and the fish-based entrees and desserts! And the wine was delicious! Highly recommended!

15/08/2026: This restaurant deserves five stars overall; the courtesy and friendliness of the waiters are top notch. We ate there for lunch, and I can say that from the appetizer to the fish-based main course, the food was excellent, and the prices were reasonable. I recommend it 100%!

04/07/2026: We arrived for the first time and were greeted warmly and friendly (especially by the lady who served us), and it was nice and cool (there are also tables outside). We ordered everything, and in a very short time, the food arrived exactly as we wanted. Delicious, tasty, and plentiful food. Congratulations, I RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE.

25/06/2026: A family-run restaurant and pizzeria that, for those of us who live nearby, is like a second home. The pizza, the classic Rimini-style one, is in my opinion among the best in Rimini, excellent fresh from the oven and very good for takeout too, with a quality that has remained consistent over the years. The dough is excellent and the toppings are generous. With Gianni and Roberto, you always feel welcome; their friendliness and simplicity make the wait and stay pleasant. The quality-price ratio is fair; a good pizza is worth it, but the prices here remain absolutely normal... in fact... compared to the pizzerias in the area. Every time I return, it's a breath of fresh air. It's a bit like visiting an old aunt, a familiar, welcoming place where it's always a pleasure to return.

09/07/2026: For our wedding anniversary dinner, we wanted to try a restaurant menu rather than pizza (which we already know and is delicious), so we ordered an appetizer and a fish-based first course. The fish was spectacular, delicious and tender. The quality ingredients were top-notch, and the aromas and flavors enhanced the dishes and were evident throughout. We were truly delighted. The service was fast and professional. Highly recommended.

21/06/2026: We have always had a good time, good pizza, you don't drink all night like elsewhere, available to find accommodation even for over... what can I say... in the square, good pizza, go there you won't regret it!
