09/12/2025: Corte d’Aibo is one of those places that captivates you from the moment you arrive. Nestled in the hills, surrounded by the silence and scents of nature, it offers an authentic and welcoming atmosphere that is hard to forget. The restaurant is a celebration of local cuisine: carefully crafted dishes, quality ingredients, and flavors that reflect tradition with a touch of creativity. The rooms are splendid: spacious, clean, and tastefully furnished, they strike the perfect balance between modern comfort and rustic warmth. Sleeping here truly means rejuvenating yourself. The wine deserves a special mention. Corte d’Aibo’s production is the result of careful and respectful work with the land, and it comes through in every sip. From crisp whites to enveloping reds, every bottle tells a piece of this place. I personally loved their Pignoletto: fresh, elegant, perfect both on its own or paired with a dish. A true discovery. And then there's Margherita: the true soul of the establishment. It's impossible not to notice the care and love she puts into everything she does. Her presence makes the experience even more pleasant: attentive, kind, hospitable, always ready to make every guest feel truly special. La Corte d'Aibo is much more than a farmhouse: it's an experience, a refuge, a place you'll gladly return to. Highly recommended.

26/11/2025: Let me start by saying we were only there for lunch. Good potential, but something is missing beyond maturity and management. The quality/price ratio is too much in favor of the latter.

19/02/2025: Ampio moderno luminoso e pulito locale sempre super affollato a due passi dal casello autostradale di Fidenza e non piu' di due km dall'Outlet, possibilita' di parcheggio non custodito nelle immediate vicinanze, consigliata la prenotazione. Ingredienti di qualita', tempi di attesa nella norma, piatti generosi ben cucinati ed impiattati, pizze ben farcite, primi e secondi squisiti ad alta digeribilita', tempi di attesa nella norma. Personale giovane sveglio e gentile, sorridente, professionale, attento alle esigenze di tutta la clientela. Buono il rapporto qualita'/prezzo.

23/04/2025: Primi piatti a base di pesce ottimi!!! Le tagliatelle al salmone e panna gustosissime , come anche gli spaghetti con le vongole . Le verdure grigliate accompagnate dalla pizza pane hanno fatto la loro bella figura! Prezzo accettabile .

27/09/2025: We went to the osteria on a Wednesday evening. The service was really slow and the portions were small. We waited an hour and a half for our main course. Despite this, the atmosphere was lovely, and the outdoor space, decorated with soft lighting, was pleasant in the summer.

16/09/2025: The fish was delicious and the prices were reasonable. The atmosphere was lovely, with outdoor seating as well. The waiter who served us was knowledgeable, friendly, and entertaining. A notable bonus was that we were offered a carafe of fruit-infused vodka at the end of the meal. That was also good.

14/10/2025: Got food in the restaurant that you enter from the hotel, ordered burgers and chips when the food arrived the burgers were raw and stone cold we said we couldn't eat this food ,He started to get mad and waving his hands around and said he could reheat it we said no we didn't want it we will just pay for the drinks and we did not touch the food , when to pay for the drinks he said we had to pay for the food we said we are not paying for the food as we did not touch the food and it was raw he replied he would call the police which he did we were there for over an hour haven't discussion with the police he wanted us arrested the receptions from the hotel came in looking for our room number so he could charge us for the food we said you're not charging it to our room as we did not read the food if this happened anywhere else you would get an apology and not be threatened with the police we have photos and video evidence of all of this which was totally totally disgraceful the waiter started recording us as we set waiting for the police, we do not know what story they told the police outside the said we had to pay for the food which I said I not paying for a service I did not receive and if you want to arrest us you can which he changed these mind as I said this is the graceful for the police to be called over a burger so we paid for our drinks and left, the hotel reception said it I had nothing to do with him but he still got involved in it, Absolutely disgraceful behaviour from the hotel and restaurant please stay away you have been warned.Your remarks are absolutely disgraceful and Racist remarks for all Irish people considered there so many Italian people live in Ireland and are held in Great respect. We videoed the hold situation ,saying that we were drunk and an abusive that is very strange considering the police apologized to us and we did not have to pay you and the police were ashamed to come out over a burger.
