19/10/2024: very relaxing atmosphere, as soon as you enter everyone welcomes you with an alarming sweetness, you immediately feel at home. to try Moroccan and Arabic specialties it is the perfect place in all of Bologna. The owner is one of the best I've ever met. Welcomes you as if you were part of the family. Even the extremely helpful and cute daughters. I will definitely be back ❤️

08/03/2025: Well-kept place, all young staff, but they know what they do, excellent food, unfortunately I forgot to take a photo, but it was all very good, we had crostini and fried gnocco, as a starter, then Florentine (superb), also the wine, a Chianti from the Maremma, really very good. Accueil désagréable a l’arrivée ou un serveur nous impose une table malgré beaucoup d’autres libres et mieux placées, d’autre clients arrivent et choisissent librement les tables, nous demandons à une serveuse pour changer et tout aussi désagréable nous dit Ok en soufflant…. Nous sommes laissés de côté pour la prise de commande……. Devant cette situation nous nous levons et quittons sans regret cet établissement bruyant type cantine Nous retournons un peut plus loin, au Mirage nous nous sommes à nouveau très bien accueilli, ambiance plus cosi

08/04/2025: I only tried the pizza and also the gluten-free one ordered for some friends, good pizza but certainly above average prices. ATTENTION: gluten-free pizza is baked in the same oven and on the same base in which the other pizzas are cooked, and I believe that the same happens in the pizza making phase. CERTAIN PROBABILITY OF CONTAMINATION. I hope they take some measures to improve safety. Daura bottled beer to take away for 6 euros seems excessive to me.

30/03/2025: I'm taking my daughter and her friend out for lunch, they study here in Bologna. The place is very nice and the food we managed to eat was good. The waiter who served us today at lunch at table 40 was rude and snappy right from the start. We asked for a platter of cold cuts with tigelle as an appetizer and he told us that we couldn't have those or any other appetizer because the kitchen was crowded (the place had an almost empty second floor). After 10 minutes he placed a platter of cold cuts and tigelle on the table for us, which he then promptly took back to serve at the next table, saying that he had made a mistake (but how could you not order them? How is it possible to not be able to make a plate of ham?) We ordered a dish each, and my daughter's carbonara arrived after 15 minutes when the other two of us had finished our dishes. Meanwhile, the table was missing oil and salt, bread, but the waiter, when present, continued to pass by us without paying attention to our signs. While he was clearing our table, I said that we had moved ahead by taking a menu from the empty table next to us and that we were ready to order some desserts, when he returned to the room and continued to clear the other tables again without deigning to look at us. At that point we got up, paid and left.

19/04/2025: Charred pizzas underneath, rather rubbery dough, the drink arrived 20 minutes early, one of the 5 pizzas arrived 15 minutes after the others.

13/04/2025: Very good Neapolitan pizzas with fresh ingredients. 3 Euros in coperto is probably the most I have paid in a pizzeria in Italy, and the service was nothing special. The room is a bit boring.

24/08/2024: Excellent bathroom....but it has a flaw, which is the hot shower! If someone goes into the adjacent bathrooms to fill the drain with water... the water no longer comes out of the shower! I pointed this out to the bathroom manager, who was already very annoyed when I explained the problem to her, as was her response..... "that's if breasts suit you"...!!! I pay 1 euro for a shower for a few seconds, then if the water doesn't reach me, what kind of shower is it?? However, think about it before taking a shower there...change your bathroom!!!

11/02/2025: Bella location al primo piano dell'albergo, ambiente elegante e personale estremamente gentile e professionale. Buona selezione di vini; piatti molto gustosi e delle giuste porzioni. L'unico appunto è il menù abbastanza ripetitivo (raramente viene aggiunto qualche nuovo piatto). Sicuramente consigliato, rapporto qualità/prezzo onesto

31/12/2024: Colazione a buffet svedese, cena à la carte, piatti molto buoni Servizio eccellente, personale gentilissimo, soprattutto Federica e Xheni!

05/04/2025: Rispetto alla precedente gestione cibo mediocre e prezzi alti per quello che propongono. Anche il servizio è molto artigianale. Mai più!

22/03/2025: Nonostante i commenti negativi ho prenotato per cena e sono rimasta assolutamente contenta! Vengo in questo posto da anni e la qualità non è calata (come alcuni scrivevano), il primi sono buonissimi e anche super abbondanti. Antipasti e dolce pure. Prezzi onesti e personale cordiale. Cos'altro dire? Torneremo!
