Terrible service from the unprofessional waiter Angelo. The requested bread and even the breadsticks were not available.

At least once a year, given the 180km distance It is an impeccable experience, in a medieval village full of sensations of a distant time, so you choose the falconer's tavern... a fascinating location, impeccable hospitality, pleasant with elegance... A refined menu of few dishes but with an excellent choice. I could go on with praise...but I prefer to say try it...a tour of culture and excellent food

Located right in front of the tower of the medieval square, this alone is worth a lot. From the entrance you cannot imagine the beautiful, hidden and cool terrace overlooking the opposite valley, here there are tables at which to eat. Very interesting menu, game, mushrooms, truffles, snails. The chef, a knowledgeable Piedmontese, who knows his stuff in the kitchen. The lady who takes care of the reception and table service is kind and courteous. The environment is refined but without being snobbish. I liked it a lot. The beef fillet tartare is galactic, to be seasoned on the plate with any flavor you require: egg yolk, cognac, garlic, spring onions, capers, anchovy paste, Tabasco sauce... in short, a "tartare experience"! 😄❤ The pear and chocolate cake is also fantastic. The prices are a little above average, fully justified not only by the cuisine of a certain level, but also by the pleasantness of the location and the very central position in the medieval village.

Mixed appetizer...no...bacon, coppa, poor quality salami. Proposed ham Of venison, which was not ham but brasaola. As a second stewed deer with polenta.NO.. Expensive price in proportion to what you ate. NO..

Excellent.... something that the online menu on the site should specify to be indicative. Some dishes on the site were not available the evening we were there....they had to be booked a few days before

Table with magnificent panoramic view. Pappardelle with ragù and tagliolini with mushrooms very good. Some interesting appetizers, including smoked goose (pictured). Fast service. There is no room for wheelchairs inside.
