16/11/2025: A restaurant with large seating in multiple rooms. The food is good and high-quality. There's a wide selection of wines. The service is efficient, fast, and well-organized. There's ample outdoor parking. The vaulted rooms are located inside the farmhouse and are clean and well-maintained. It's a very busy place; reservations are recommended. The only flaw for giving it 3 stars: the noise inside when there are several people is really loud and annoying, making it difficult to even talk at your own table. High prices.

24/05/2026: Today, we had lunch as a couple, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing, especially given the way we were treated by the staff. We had simply asked to move to another table that had just become available. The initial response was that it wasn't possible because the table needed cleaning—as if it were an insurmountable problem, even though the place wasn't even particularly crowded. After about 15-20 minutes, we asked another waiter, who very kindly agreed to prepare our table. But just as we were about to move, the head waiter intervened, saying that "customers can't move tables" and that the table would be used to connect multiple tables. It's a shame that the table was free because the previous guests had already left, which is precisely why we had requested it. Even more absurd is the fact that, during the nearly two hours we were there, that table was never used or joined with any others. In fact, the place emptied out more and more. The feeling was that of being treated without any care or respect, with unbelievable motives and an unprofessional attitude. Even the food, honestly, was nothing special. If you're looking for a place where customers are treated with courtesy and common sense, I personally wouldn't recommend it.

25/03/2026: It opens early in the morning, so I was able to start my day with a fresh sandwich and morning coffee. It is a cafe with a great atmosphere. The staff were also very kind in taking my order. I think I will be visiting often during my trip.

13/05/2026: Quality comes at a price, and those seeking high-quality food and drink, excellent service, a historic/artistic/monumental medieval setting (where the 1985 film Ladyhawke and the 1968 TV series The Black Arrow were partly filmed), and an exceptional view of the town/valley/plain—all combined—can't go wrong with Taverna del Falconiere. First course, second course, side dish, dessert, nocino liqueur, coffee, plus bread, water, and a half liter of excellent red wine, €54 per person. Includes a tour of the building and a chat with the owner about historical and artistic topics. And no reservations required.

13/06/2026: I went there for lunch yesterday. I took advantage of the full lunch menu. First course, second course, side dish, 1/4 cup wine, 1/2 cup water, and coffee for 15 euros. Delicious food, beautiful setting with lots of paintings, good service, and a friendly waitress. Excellent value for money. If I return to Ferrara, I'll definitely eat here again.

26/03/2026: A historic pizzeria in Vignola. This place is dated, but very clean. The family-run business is friendly and welcoming. The ingredients are often fresh, sourced from the family garden. Authentic Neapolitan pizzas are easy to digest and fragrant. They're excellent for takeout, as they only bring one order at a time, with great professionalism, unlike others that take hours to make pizzas before leaving. The pizzas are excellent, both the thinly sliced ​​ones and the ones with a topped crust.

09/06/2026: I had lunch at this restaurant, which I found on Google while traveling from San Marino. The atmosphere was welcoming, the food was good and plentiful, and the price was fair. I only gave it three stars overall and two for the service, because as I was leaving to pay, I noticed that some of the kitchen staff weren't wearing hats and there were ladles hanging out of the way, which should be stored in drawers to avoid contact. Since I know this very well, I reported these shortcomings to the manager, who simply replied that they were new regulations.
