07/03/2026: Absolutely terrible experience. This restaurant is a complete disappointment. Many items listed on the menu are not even available, which already shows how poorly the place is managed. The staff barely speaks English, so communication is almost impossible. On top of that, everything is ridiculously overpriced for such tiny portions. You leave still feeling hungry. The place is also extremely loud and uncomfortable, so you can’t even enjoy the meal. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone Italian or not. And the worst part: the toilet was literally dirty with feces. Completely disgusting and unacceptable for any restaurant. Honestly one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had.

Il titolare (Guiseppe) è una persona fantastica, sembta di conoscerlo da una vita, disponibile in tutto e molto spesso mi ha offerto dei fuori menù. Ma il punto di forza del locale è senz'altro la cucina. In questo locale avrete la possibilità di gustare prodotti di mare e terra con degli ingredienti a km 0. 21/01/2026: A very good restaurant where we regularly eat 👍🏼 This time I had a delicious Caprese salad as a starter, followed by tagliata of beef. Both were very tasty! 🔝 For dessert, I highly recommend the mascarpone cream with chocolate chips... 😋 We will definitely be back for more.

17/01/2026: Friendly and professional staff. Helpful and attentive. Good food. Prices in line with those who want to eat fish. Excellent bread. Good selection of wines, and decent house wine. Dishes are well-presented and modestly generous. I went back two nights in a row.

15/03/2026: A delightful discovery. This Sunday morning we decided to spend it in Cattolica, and stopping for lunch was a spur-of-the-moment decision. Among the various restaurants in the area, our intuition led us to "O Capitano Mio Capitano," enticed by the crowds coming in and those already having lunch inside. We found a table without booking in advance, and they were very happy to seat us. The staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, with attentive and fast service. The restaurant is very charming, and being in the port area, it reflects the surrounding style. EXCELLENT cuisine! Not much to say. Excellent first and second courses. The abundance is paramount! The prices are very fair, and the quality is even better. WILL DEFINITELY RETURN! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

30/11/2025: I expected something different, considering it's a restaurant that's over 60 years old. I'm disappointed. The tagliatelle ragù was old and poorly preserved, and the staff was unsympathetic, almost annoyed. The mixed salad was really small in quantity, a real shame, guys... I'm so sorry.

05/02/2026: An unpretentious Greek restaurant with more than decent quality. A good selection of quality Greek wines. The owner is friendly and helpful. Classic Greek music plays in the background during dinner. The pita bread and moussaka are spectacular. I recommend their retsina wine.
