28/05/2026: An unforgettable dining experience in Moderna. We had the tasting menu for lunch and every course was exceptional -creative, elegant, full of incredible flavour. The presentation of each dish was beautiful, and every plate felt thoughtful and unique. What made the experience truly extraordinary was the warmth and generosity we received throughout the meal. We were treated to several additional dishes, including an amazing ravioli dish. Meeting Chef Massimo Bottura himself was an absolute highlight of our trip to Italy . The service, atmosphere , and attention to detail were world class! Thank you 🙂

19/05/2026: The two antipasti we ordered, while not bad or poorly prepared, weren't particularly enjoyable or worthwhile. However, the pasta dishes and dessert were absolutely delicious. We regret that the service wasn't up to par, as the language barrier prevented us from communicating clearly with the staff, even though Spanish isn't exactly an exotic language.

07/05/2026: I wish I had stayed in Parma longer, just so I could go there again Trattoria is located just a few minutes walk from the main attractions of Parma, in a quiet and very picturesque alley. It offers a wide range of local dishes and a selection of wines. Make sure you try the degustazione di tortelli, in which you get three different variants (I believe it was pumpkin, spinach and d'Erbetta - a classic from Parma). I've also tried guancialini - pork cheeks with balsamic vinegar, which were super tender and flavorful. Pair it with a glass of lambrusco for a heavenly experience Tiramisu was also very delicious, one of the best we had in Emilia Romagna. Place is relatively big, with multiple seats available. We were luck to get the table without waiting, but after few minutes, there was a small queue.

17/05/2026: An honest trattoria in the center of Comacchio, one of only three places in the entire town with a wood-fired grill (from what we were told by the local shopkeepers). Home-style cooking, very well done. Vasco and Giulia take care of the kitchen and are very careful about choosing the right ingredients. The staff is friendly and makes you feel at home. Fresh fish is treated with respect. In the seafood appetizer, the cephalopods are steamed. The fried fish is fresh, plentiful, dry, and crispy. The grilled eel is truly delicious. The zuppa inglese deserves praise; the shape was a bit messy, but the flavor was perfect. The sponge cake is made by the owners' mother, who is in her nineties, and the recipe is the same as it used to be. I hope to return soon.

02/05/2026: For a hotel right across from the train station, this hotel was fantastic! Large room, very quiet. No road noise at all. And since we were doing day trips by train, it was perfect! And of course it was convenient for walking to the main square and shopping.

01/05/2026: I recently stayed at this hotel with my family. By far one of the best. Our family room was spacious, clean and beyond comfortable. My son enjoyed having his own bed while my little one had enough space for roaming around. I have stayed at the other three hotels in the vicinity. By far, the best. Hats off to the wonderful staff.

03/05/2026: We went to dinner at this restaurant on a very busy weekend and found a table right away. It's a bit hidden, but it's worth the search. The staff is extremely kind, friendly, and efficient, and they can give you good advice. The food is good and plentiful. The place is a bit rustic, but you immediately feel at home. The prices are fair.

17/05/2026: We'll be back in May 2026. Everything was exceptional! Cuttlefish appetizer (fried with a base of frigitelli peppers), tuna paccheri (super tasty), Catalana (top vegetables), and tuna with torna sauce. June 2024 (3 stars) A spacious restaurant with porthole windows and well-spaced, round tables. The welcome was refined yet familiar. The lobster passatelli was excellent, while the fregola pasta dish had a bit too many flavors at once. Finally, the catch of the day (snapper) was truly too generous (doggi bag). I couldn't leave room for dessert. In my opinion, a restaurant like this lacks a suggested and complimentary entree and dessert.

05/04/2026: Every time we pass through Imola, Osteria900 is a must-visit, and so far it has never disappointed us. The fish is fresh, well-cooked, and you can tell the ingredients are treated with respect. The seafood risotto is excellent, one of those dishes that alone makes the stop worthwhile. A reliable place where quality remains consistent over time, which is no small feat. Highly recommended.

30/03/2026: I returned to this historic restaurant in an early 20th-century building after a long time, and was surprised even when it came to settling the bill. I expected to face a hefty expense, but that wasn't the case. Generous dishes accompanied by good wine.

27/05/2026: I ordered five classic pizzas for takeout with my friends. We paid €62 for all the pizzas. We paid gourmet pizza prices for classic pizzas. Good, but too expensive.

15/05/2026: This is our second time here. Definitely the coolest place for fish lovers. Huge selection of seafood. The staff speaks good English and gives great advice. The burgers are special and unlike any regular burger. They're served open-faced with bread. Everything else tastes amazing.

09/05/2026: A truly excellent experience in every way. Delicious, well-seasoned fish, decent portions, and plenty of potato chips, bread, and piadina! The staff is very attentive, kind, and professional. We highly recommend it!

20/05/2026: We chose Corte San Ruffillo for our wedding because it was everything we were looking for! We were able to get married surrounded by greenery, in a beautifully renovated venue with multiple room options in case of rain! And what can we say about the day itself: excellent service! Sara was there for us every step of the way, from the initial decisions to the big day itself, always there for us! Everyone was happy: we highly recommend it!

20/05/2026: Absolutely EPIC. From the second we walked in, the feeling was warm and welcoming. We chose to do the full 7 course Luce menu. The flavors of each dish was exquisite. The presentation, flawless. I am amazed how creative some of the dishes were. I never imagined ever having a guacamole gelato before, and it was a banger. The service was absolutely impeccable. The synchronized marking and clearing was like watching a show. There wasn’t a detail missed. A+ Overall, just a wonderful experience. I can’t wait to come back. Compliments to Nicola Annunziata for the well deserved 2026 Michelin star/award and your incredible talent and creative gift with ingredients. Keep up the great work!

11/04/2026: Restaurant with spectacular service and timing; the tasting menu unfolds like a movie, right up to the finale. The experience is highly recommended. My only suggestion would be to change the wine list and pairings; they don't quite match the timing of the courses, the quality of the food, or the variety of contrasts in the main dishes. + Tasting Menu + Exquisite Service - Wines/Pairings Value for Money: 8/10 Tip: I recommend the tasting menu if possible; it's a complete experience and avoids any rush.

01/05/2026: I booked days ago and requested a table on the side, and naturally, we were placed in the middle of the room, facing the kitchen exit. I've been frequenting this place during the summer for about twenty years. I've always had a great experience, but unfortunately, tonight I have to say that since the captain passed away, the place has been struggling. Their class is beyond compare. After paying the bill, I explained that I've never eaten so badly for so much, and I explained my reasons, and the response left me speechless. I ordered the fireplace appetizer, and I should have understood the difference from that. The pizzeria appetizer consisted of two types of seafood salad and a prawn. Then I ordered a seafood Catalana, and here's the disaster: I received a plate with three lobsters and a lobster. Okay, I know exactly what I ordered, a Catalana, but not what I received: three frozen lobsters and a lobster. I pointed out to the manager that the whole thing wasn't up to par, given that at the entrance you see live, Italian lobsters, not foreign, frozen ones. He replied, "But those have a different price." How dare you, the first person to ask you the price? Who asked you for three lobsters? When the captain was there, he would drive around with his trolley and tell you what to enjoy tonight. The trolley with some splendid scampi was parked in front of the smoking room and never moved. You prefer to sell frozen lobsters. "Congratulations!" To top it off, no fruit, which I usually get, much less pastries with my coffee. Never again.

02/06/2026: Modern and spacious place, they serve gluten-free food. I gave it 3 stars not because the food is bad, but because I don't like how they make the pizza. The pizza is very thin; it almost seems stretched, and I don't like it that way, so it's a matter of personal taste.
