30/08/2025: Amazing 10/10 This place was recommended to us by the owner of an apartment nearby. Looking at it from the balcony, I was skeptical. The building seemed normal, and at first glance, it seemed like an ordinary place. But alas… as soon as you step inside, you can already see the uniqueness of this place. A large interior garden with numerous tables. The service was professional, and the quality of the food… amazing. I ordered a mortadella pizza sprinkled with tiny fresh pistachios and drizzled with balsamic vinegar. Believe me, and I've tried a lot of dishes in Italy, this combination of ingredients and its flavor enchanted me. Delicious. The other dishes we ordered were also delicious. We came here right after the opening and it was empty, but it soon became so crowded and crowded that it's best to book a table. I still remember the taste of the mortadella, pistachio, and balsamic vinegar combination. If you're looking for good food, this place is definitely the right choice and worth recommending.

24/09/2025: We chose this place for a celebratory dinner and didn't regret it. The terrace is very cozy and atmospheric. The food was delicious. We had chicken shashlik with vegetables and shrimp with rice noodles. We were very pleased. There's a great wine selection. Highly recommended.

14/09/2025: It's always a treat to dine at Calycanto, with its ethnic dishes catering to every taste, from vegetarian to vegan, as well as fish and meat options. I love the local beers on offer, and the desserts... truly a feast for the eyes and the palate!

24/08/2025: The food was truly excellent, with generous portions. A good value. At Sunday lunchtime, we found the service a bit slow, with a long wait between courses, even though the restaurant wasn't crowded. Perhaps it's best to return on less crowded evenings.

20/09/2025: Lovely find in Bologna. Excellent food, unfortunately we were there at the same time as a group of VIPs which meant that we were getting a very different experience. They had cocktails made and served in front of us and were personally serviced by the owner/head chef. Given that there was no VIP room, it was visible and extremely uncomfortable to be around. It would have been more acceptable if the owner greeted other clients in the same room when he made his rounds but unfortunately that was not the case. It is even more unfortunate considering that the food was top-notch. The vodka wheel dish was perfectly executed and simply divine.

15/08/2025: A tastefully renovated farmhouse hides a truly excellent seafood restaurant. I had the scallops and amberjack, both excellent: perfectly cooked and with a balanced flavor balance. To finish, the cinnamon and blackberry-flavored ice cream was a touch of class. The service was attentive and friendly. Well done!
