04/01/2026: This very chic little restaurant was recommended to us, aesthetically unique and refined. We had a wonderful dinner: the raw fish appetizer was presented with the care and passion of a chef who knows what he's doing. The off-menu first course was FABULOUS, with truly thoughtful aromas and combinations. Then I said to myself, "Now a dessert would be perfect, but I'm having a hard time surprising myself after this crescendo of flavors and aromas..." Even though I was full, I decided to break the rules. The result? A SENSATIONAL dessert! For the service and hospitality, I'd say we're 6 stars! Well done, well done, well done! You deserve so many more satisfied customers like us! We'll definitely be back.

28/01/2026: We discovered this restaurant/trattoria by chance on a motorcycle ride in the Ligurian-Emilian mountains. I can honestly say we found a special place with fantastic food. It's located on the border between Liguria (above Chiavari) and Emilia (above Borgotaro), so it's a bit out of the way for us, but we'll definitely remember it when we pass through the area.

16/01/2026: A well-known restaurant in Ferrara that I found overrated compared to my high expectations. Personally, I find the menu rather boring and repetitive, almost always featuring only fish, and therefore it's not to my liking. The service, unless you're a known and loyal customer, isn't particularly attentive. The open space overlooking the street is interesting, especially in summer and fall. Recommended but with reservations; it's definitely a place that could improve, especially in terms of value for money. The reservation service could be improved.

10/03/2026: I used to go there in the '90s, and I came back with my family. The welcome is wonderful, the owner immediately puts you at ease. The dishes truly have a seafood flavor, and they have excellent recommendations. And a plus is that they welcome our four-legged friends.

09/03/2026: Beautiful and elegant, as soon as you enter, you can sense that hospitality is a cornerstone of the place, as I like to call it, Giorgiopensiero, accompanies the customer through everything that I would not call a banal lunch or dinner, but a well-rounded culinary experience. A pet-friendly place, where even our pets have their own space, well-spaced tables, a warm and elegant atmosphere, the staff are knowledgeable and welcoming and the dishes are simply fantastic, following the seasonality and every time, it is always like the first.... A refined cuisine, never banal or boring, rich in flavor, where the raw materials, truly high quality, are prepared with excellent care, applause to the guys who love their work, and all this comes across on the plate!! The best risotto I have ever tasted.... Highly recommended along with the stuffed pasta, the lightest and tastiest fried food..... In short, Giorgiopensiero has convinced me!!! 02/02/2026: A wonderful experience in the centre of Ravenna, where you can enjoy refined seafood. The service was excellent, and the sommelier was very knowledgeable. We even met the chef at the end. They were all very young and will be making their way. The location is beautiful and well-finished, reproducing a submarine. We'll be back soon.
