08/04/2025: A restaurant where you can feel at home and taste excellence. There are places that not only offer good food, but also a special atmosphere, and this restaurant is one of them. Every time I cross the threshold, I feel welcomed like family, thanks to the attention and courtesy of the owners, always available and with exquisite manners. The staff is highly trained and professional, attentive to every detail and ready to satisfy any request with a smile. The quality of the dishes is excellent: you can perceive the great attention paid to the choice of raw materials and, above all, the ability to make the most of them with careful preparations and authentic flavours. If you are looking for a restaurant where you can eat well and feel at home, this is the right place. Highly recommended!

25/03/2025: That fantastic Thursday is over the years and in all seasons a confirmation of excellent catering and quality. The menu is always adequate, varied enough and is renewed from time to time. The staff is very kind, respectful and worthy. The environment is elegant and refined, but also very hospitable and welcoming. In short, a mix of refinement, luxury and humility...very rare and effective. Very honest prices, considering that for many imitations you pay even 20/30% more in the city.
24/03/2025: We had lunch with the family taking advantage of our visit to Ferrara. As usual, for the choice of restaurants we rely on the Michelin guide, but this time with this restaurant I don't think it has reached the standard of a restaurant in the Michelin guide that we usually find in the places we go. The girl who caught and served us is really good and kind, while the same is not true for the older lady who I assume is either the owner or in any case in charge of the room. In fact, apart from the joke about having ordered a few dishes (unfortunately my mother has undergone stomach surgery so she can't eat too much and for this reason, even though there were 4 of us, we ordered for 3, but in any case I'm a paying customer so the reason for my choices shouldn't matter), at a certain point during the change of tables of two couples I noticed with regret that to bring the dishes he placed everything on the sofa at the entrance to the restaurant, where people constantly pass by and you can also sit there, so not much hygienic considering that the diners will then carry those cutlery into their mouths. Furthermore, one of these couples was told to bring their jacket into the closet, which we are not here either, firstly because it is a service that you as manager of the place should do and secondly because on the other hand in that closet there are everyone's overcoats, and it is not certain that the lady who was given authorization to wander around inside the closet was an honest person or could rummage through other people's jackets and bags. Moving on to the food, if they focused more on tradition they could even get to the Michelin star, everything we ordered, including desserts, traditional was really excellent, while the passatelli asciutti were really bland and above all they had exceeded the cooking time by a long time, while the passatello must maintain a certain consistency otherwise the yield of such a simple and peasant dish but also delicious at the same time would be ruined. Another point to bring to attention is the selection of focaccias and breads to be consumed while waiting or together with the dishes, usually in restaurants a much more refined selection is offered and above all the breads and gnocchi are not so reheated but always have the consistency and flavor of freshly baked bread or in any case made that same morning. For the choice of wines, well, what can I say, isn't there a sommelier in the room? Because the girl, as cute as she was, wasn't able to tell us exactly what to pair with the dishes, but I don't think it was her fault, someone should take care of the drinking part and accompany the customer in learning about the wine he's pairing with the dish. In short, after various experiences in Michelin guide restaurants I wonder why this place appears, it is truly excellent as a tavern but not enough to deserve the attention of such a selection.

Cucina del territorio veramente ottima, accompagnata da vini locali che sono stati una vera sorpresa. Faraona alla cretese, e salumi locali eccellenti. Attento e veloce il servizio, prezzo molto corretto.

07/04/2025: Su consiglio di un familiare ci siamo recati in questo locale e devo dire che quando ci siamo trovati davanti all'esterno siamo rimasti abbastanza perplessi. Abbiamo varcato la porta e devo dire che si è aperto uno scenario completamente diverso dall'esterno. Locale molto bello, raffinato dove abbiamo consumato dell'ottimo pesce serviti da un personale molto preparato che ci ha illustrato ogni pietanza con un'accurata descrizione. Il prezzo è abbastanza elevato ma proporzionato alla qualità del cibo e del servizio. Sicuramente un locale da provare e consigliare.

30/03/2025: The restaurant is located inside a boutique hotel, with modern and retro furnishings in the 70s/80s style, very beautiful in my opinion. The menu is varied with fish and meat options. The chef is very creative in the combinations but always respecting the taste of the raw material, I ate the raw sea bass and the fusilloni with cod, all very good. Excellent wine list and very attentive service even if sometimes it can seem "too" attentive. To finish I did not take the dessert but they still brought me 3 samples of pastries and this is certainly a very appreciable gesture. If you happen to be in Rimini go there because it is worth it.

I fell in love with everything we tasted during the dinner, the birthday cake was also sooo good! The waiters are so kind. I highly recommend this place!

12/04/2025: Graduation Party 03/19/25 I'm writing a little late, but I can't help but do it. It's not difficult to sing the staff's praises, after all. Extremely courteous and professional, always. (and patient: Having them choose the wine for me, considering that I don't understand a thing about it is like asking a blind native to describe colors). They welcomed me as always with the usual warmth, and did me the huge favor of arranging for my graduation lunch in a quick and fast manner (on a day when they didn't serve lunch, moreover, but they did me the courtesy anyway!!) Having many southern relatives, I agreed on a traditional Ferrarese menu: Pinzini and salami Pumpkin tortelli Salama and also Tenerina. The owner, very nice, also carefully prepared a menu for a celiac guest, managing the matter impeccably and suggesting the best and most valid alternative. In short, I think that the comments of the guests are fundamental: Guests from Ferrara: 1) "Pig, those pumpkin cappellacci are so good!!!" 2) "Bro, I usually hate salami but this was delicious" Guests from outside Ferrara 1) "I had read that Ferrarese cuisine was very heavy and instead..." 2) "What a beautiful place, what good food, congratulations on your choice!!" In short. five well-deserved stars, and the warm advice to eat there AT LEAST a couple of times, to try everything on the menu. Because a restaurant succeeds when the guests don't criticize

31/03/2025: Sedetevi, vi racconto la serata! Entriamo e mi chiedono il nome della prenotazione che, ovviamente, fornisco. Avevo effettuato la prenotazione tramite il sito, ma il mio nome non era tra i tavoli prenotati. Si susseguono i camerieri, arriva persino la proprietaria, ma la prenotazione non risulta! Ammetto che stavo per infastidirmi, ma finalmente si scopre l’arcano. Avevo prenotato, ma per la sera prima! Quindi non soltanto ho dato buca la sera prima occupando un tavolo e non presentandomi, ma stavo anche per “offendermi”! La proprietaria (di una educazione unica!!!) si scusa, ma in realtà ero io a dovermi scusare, infatti facciamo a gara per chi si scusa di più. In modo del tutto elegante, ci propone di temporeggiare e ci offre due calici. Nell’attesa vedo passare un piatto di pesce crudo, ottimo incentivo per aspettare! Dopo un calice e qualche chiacchiera, ci fanno accomodare. Apro il menù e non trovo la proposta di pesce crudo, chiedo al cameriere e vengo accontentato! Super! Riassumendo: avevo prenotato per il venerdì e mi sono presentato il sabato, chiedo un piatto non presente nel menù e vengo accontentato, voi come chiamate tutto questo? Io lo chiamo: nuovo ristorante preferito! Non mi dilungo sulla qualità del cibo e del servizio (a mio avviso impeccabile), ma ci tenevo a scrivere due righe per dire questa è ristorazione: ospitalità, sorrisi, accoglienza! Siete super! Alla prossima!
