I had a truly positive experience at the Re Ferdinando restaurant in Palau. The dishes I tried were excellent: the crispy octopus was beautifully prepared, soft and flavorful on the inside with a perfect crust on the outside. The Neapolitan soup, on the other hand, was intense, fragrant, and rich in flavor, just as traditional. You immediately notice the attention to the quality of the ingredients and the care taken in their preparation. Special praise goes to the staff, always helpful, friendly, and professional, who made the atmosphere even more pleasant. A place absolutely worth a visit; I recommend it without hesitation!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Re Ferdinando in Palau. The food was simply outstanding—especially the scialatielli with red prawn tartare, which was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The fried calamari and shrimp were just as impressive: light, crispy, and cooked to perfection. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients and the care that goes into every dish. A special mention goes to the staff, who were attentive, friendly, and made us feel truly welcome from start to finish. Their professionalism and warm attitude made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for excellent food and great service. I will definitely be back!
