08/07/2025: A very disappointing experience with Le Rondinelle pizzeria and restaurant in Brescia. I ordered a seafood pizza for home delivery, spending a whopping €20. The delivery time wasn't respected: the pizza arrived 15 minutes late. But the real disappointment was opening the box and finding the pizza completely cold. I immediately called the restaurant to report the problem, and they said they'd take care of it and send it back to me as soon as possible. Too bad I only had 20 minutes and couldn't wait again. For that price, I expected at least prompt service and a hot pizza. Instead, I received only disorganization and a lack of customer service. I won't order from them again.

We tasted a pigeon, with its livers and cardoncelli mushrooms; truly unique. Thank you for your loving and passionate work in catering.

From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the owner, whose kindness shone through every interaction. This family-run business exudes a personal touch that you simply don’t find in larger hotels. We had an issue with the rental car when we arrived and the owner Marco went above and beyond to help. Every detail here reflects the care and dedication of the family behind the business. The rooms are well maintained rooms and extremely clean. The atmosphere is warm and comforting. I was especially impressed by the spa, which is kept spotlessly clean—a perfect place to unwind and relax. In the evening, dinner was a delightful experience, with a menu that truly impressed and satisfied my taste buds. Every element, from the thoughtful staff and homemade breakfast to the immaculate spa and excellent dinner, tells a story of genuine hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a unique, heartwarming experience where comfort, care, and personalized service are always at the forefront. The shuttle service to the slopes is a great addition and the driver Alessandro was so proactive and helpful. Thank you to Marco and the staff for all of us for a great holiday.

05/07/2025: we learned that the real Florentine steak is with fillet, at the trattoria da Carla, mother of the current owner, you eat divinely ... the Florentine steak melted in your mouth, the tagliatelle made strictly by hand with wild boar ragù amazing ... the place is well-kept, the kitchen (always shown to us by the owner ... and it's not for everyone ...) very clean ... compliments to everyone we will definitely return ... obviously recommended for info: it is not open 24 hours a day as erroneously reported on the web 🤣🤣🤣

28/04/2025: Siamo stati a pranzo in questa osteria, nonostante fosse tardi ci hanno accolto gentilmente ed è stata una vera sorpresa. Antipasto buonissimo ma soprattutto i ravioli con ragù di salumi toscani e tartufo veramente eccezzionali. E prezzo molto onesto. Consigliatissimo!

02/03/2025: Vasta scelta anche per chi è intollerante al glutine. Atmosfera tranquilla e rustica. Servizio ottimo e cibo di qualità. Prezzi nella norma. Siamo tornati già 3 volte !!

23/07/2025: Great place! We arrived here yesterday without a reservation. We were asked to wait 5 minutes and a table would become available. The table was promptly set up. The food was delicious! The staff also spoke good English. A standard 13% tip is indeed included.

22/07/2025: The best restaurant on the promenade for sure! The char was phenomenal. My husband’s wagyu burger was delicious as well. Can’t be the view and the seating was very comfortable. Staff was pleasant as well which is not something we’ve found at the other restaurants the other 5 nights of dining prior. Warm focaccia was served as well and rolls and breadsticks. We plan on going back for dinner with the kids it was so pleasant.

12/07/2025: I had dinner with some colleagues, to say that I ate badly would be an understatement, the portions were small and tasteless, and I paid too high a price for such a mediocre dinner.

09/07/2025: Excellent experience. We were welcomed by Mr. Pietro, who also takes care of the gardens. We were served by the owner Valentina and the waitress Giada, who accompanied the dishes with detailed descriptions. The roast pork was meticulously cooked, and our palates were satisfied by the chef's skill. With a selection of first courses, including Gallurese, ravioli, and maloreddus, everything was delicious. Excellent staff, excellent location. Feels like home.

26/05/2025: Terrible place and unpleasant owner. She sets the prices of the pizzas based on the number of people in the place (if there are a lot of people it costs less, if there are few it costs more) highly not recommended, go to the kebab shop instead

Excellent appetizers and first courses, such as spaghetti "allo Sciabecco" and fresh clams. The tuna en croute and mixed fried fish are excellent. Friendly and familiar service, very helpful staff. 16/07/2025: Imagine a beautiful July evening, craving a good meal outdoors while watching a spectacular sunset—what more could you ask for? We chose three appetizers that were more suited to us, skipping the main course (but maybe next time) and moving straight to the mixed grill. What can I say? Everything was beautifully plated, and the combinations were very unique, like asparagus and shrimp or anchovies and goat cheese. Everything was truly delicious. I admit the grill wasn't "perfect," especially the consistency of the calamari, but the rest (fried fish and shrimp) was nothing to write home about. As soon as I have the opportunity, I'll gladly return.
