13/07/2025: The place is fine, the atmosphere was pleasant, even though it was crowded on a Saturday night. The food: I ordered tuna because it said everything was fresh and caught by them, and well, I didn't like it (it was undercooked for my taste), and the pasta and calamari were average. Nothing special. Quite expensive for not enjoying it much.

10/07/2025: We stumbled upon Flamingo by chance, and the dinner was truly superb. The fregola, freshly cooked, was delicious, and the malloreddus were exceptional. The prices are reasonable, and the portions are generous. I know Sardinia and its cuisine quite well, and for me, it's one of the best places I've ever eaten.

21/07/2025: After a sad experience at a small restaurant in the center (which I won't name out of pure pity), I found my ideal restaurant here: superb local seafood, courteous service (great, Alessio!!!... he quickly understands your desires and discreetly but promptly fulfills them... for example, we sampled two courses divided into two plates). An added bonus: here I felt like a lady, at ease, in a simplicity that has no need for discomfort or snobbish formality, but relies on the essential: Quality. Exquisite appetizers, exquisite seafood pasta, exquisite seadas, excellent wine. Although staying in paradise can have an impact, believe me: I can evaluate objectively, as a teacher, as a 58-year-old who has been through a lot and appreciates the therapy of good things, and as a writer who loves Beauty. I ADD A PLEA OF APPLAUSE TO THE GOOD PEOPLE OF THIS TERRITORY THAT CONQUERS THE SOUL: HONESTY, PRIDE, SACRIFICE, IN HARMONY WITH THE SACRED LAND OF SARDINIA, WHERE UNPRISTED NATURE DOMINATES, CONQUERS, RULES.

05/07/2025: No, it was supposed to be bruschetta with tomatoes, and the tagliolini was tagliatelle, but it was good. The chicken could definitely be better, but the quality wasn't up to par. The ratatouille was dry; the pictures say it all. You'd be better off spending €10 more and buying it somewhere else.

12/07/2025: I recently had dinner with friends. I highly recommend it! The food quality and cooking are top-notch, even the raw seafood is truly fresh! Impeccable service. The atmosphere is intimate and familiar. I recommend it for a romantic dinner or even with friends. If I'm back in the area, I'll gladly stop by.

05/07/2025: Mi hanno consigliato questo ristorante a oria se volevamo mangiar del buon pesce fresco , Abbiamo ordinato del crudo di mare e qualche antipasto “ eviterei di scrivere qualche “piatti fatti veramente con sapori puliti e preparati anche agli occhi ,la scelta del primo dopo il consiglio di Salvatore e di un spaghetto allo scorfano scelto nella vetrina vasta di pesce fresco , waaaoooo che bontà !!! Chiudiamo con un gran piatto mix di dolci e frutta, complimenti. Consiglio veramente

11/07/2025: A very elegant venue, ideal for an aperitif, where you can enjoy original dishes, modest but carefully prepared. Excellent cocktails, especially the original variations. Recommended for an evening for two, and... remember to book in advance!

20/07/2025: We were looking for an authentic Italian (lunch) experience and stumbled upon this wonderful spot in Oux. The atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for, the food was exquisite and made with passion and love. The genuine hospitality completed the experience. We'd love to come back again and again.

26/06/2025: We went for lunch, recommended by a local lady. Prices I would say high - we paid 18 and 22 euros for the first courses respectively, nice environment and beautiful sea view. Good mussels. Spaghetti "La Risacca" good and very seasoned. Fregola with shrimp instead with 3 shrimps and two heads (literally). It was still well cooked and tasty, but they skimped on the shellfish. The cream ice cream was practically already melted, while the sorbet was ok. The thing I really didn't like was the service. My partner went to move the car on the advice of the waiter, while I was accompanied to the table. When he arrived, he came directly to sit next to me, getting an annoyed look from a waiter, who had also seen him shortly before. Let's pretend nothing happened, maybe it's customary to announce yourself even if you already know where to sit. Then the waiter who had welcomed us for the order arrives. He starts with: "Shall we start with two mixed appetizers? Only cooked or also raw?", which makes me sound like a mattress salesman. I tell him that I prefer to split one in half, so to bring only one. He answers: "Then two mixed appetizers, then what shall I bring you?!". I have to tell him again that NO, I don't want a second appetizer. And he looks at me annoyed: "the mixed appetizer is only for two, it's not possible". We'll order the mussels, then. Other than that, the dishes arrived quickly and, as mentioned above, I can't say I'm unhappy with the food. Would I recommend it? I don't know. I prefer places where they don't try to "sell" me the most expensive item on the menu (if you just want to recommend something, you can ask if I need help deciding) and the staff is more polite.

20/05/2025: Ho aspettato due giorni prima di scrivere questa recensione, per non lasciarmi condizionare dalle emozioni del momento. Ma andiamo con ordine. Ho prenotato in questo ristorante fuori porta tramite The Fork, senza conoscere Fara in Sabina. Il paese si è rivelato una bellissima scoperta: molto carino, invita a passeggiare e godersi l’atmosfera. Il ristorante è delizioso, curato e con un tocco davvero particolare. Il servizio è stato complessivamente buono: qualcosa è sfuggito, ma può succedere. I piatti sono particolari e ben presentati, con ingredienti di qualità che si percepiscono chiaramente. In alcuni casi forse un po’ troppo speziati, come ho letto anche in altre recensioni, ma nel complesso direi tra il buono e l’ottimo (questioni di gusto, ovviamente). Quando ho chiesto il conto, mi è stato chiesto di recarmi direttamente in cassa, dove mi è stato subito emesso lo scontrino, senza che mi venisse mostrato o riepilogato prima. In quel momento avrei potuto far presente che avevo prenotato con uno sconto tramite The Fork, ma non ci ho pensato, perché nelle esperienze precedenti lo sconto era sempre stato applicato automaticamente. È a questo punto che, purtroppo, succede qualcosa che rovina completamente l’esperienza. La persona alla cassa — forse lo chef, ma non ne sono certo — reagisce in modo del tutto fuori luogo. Evito di riportare le parole esatte, ma sono state offensive e inappropriate, tanto che mia figlia di sei anni, presente con noi, ha commentato: “Ma non si dicono queste cose davanti ai bambini.” E aveva ragione. Alla fine una collega ha gestito la situazione con gentilezza e professionalità, e la ringrazio per questo. Ma il danno ormai era fatto. Sono molto dispiaciuto. Fino a quel momento l’esperienza era stata piacevole e mi sarebbe davvero piaciuto tornare. Ma dopo un episodio del genere, purtroppo, mai più. Nonostante tutto, ho cercato di assegnare un voto complessivo che tenesse conto anche degli aspetti positivi.

17/07/2025: Posto incantevole, accoglienza magnifica. Il proprietario è stato molto cortese e ospitale. Si mangia divinamente, cibi freschi e di ottima qualità. Le ragazze che servono ai tavoli sono molto attente alle esigenze dei clienti e molto gentili. Da andarci assolutamente. Quando tornerò ad Alberobello non potrò non passare per degustare i piatti tipici pugliesi.

15/06/2025: accoglienza familiare del titolare sig.Gianvito che ci accolti nel suo locale come assidui clienti,tutto molto molto buono,piatti tipici della tradizione pugliese ...rivisitati ma con molta attenzione ...senza sforare nel gourmet.La qualità dei cibi era molto buona e servizio eccellente...starei fino a tardi ad elogiare i piatti...ora me li gusto😘

05/04/2025: Un petit resto parfait, calme, belle décoration, le parfait petit restaurant de quartier. La carte est riche et donne l'appétit. Mais l'expérience culinaire commence lorsqu'on vous apporte par surprise un amuse bouche riche en saveurs. Se déroule ensuite un repas, plein de saveurs, du croquant, du moelleux, de la fraîcheur, de la crème et du croustillant ... Le poulpe sur sa crème de pommes de terre n'a rien à ajouter ! Quant aux spaghettonis de la mer, tout ce qu'il y a de plus frais, l'épice en plus. Les desserts sont aussi bons, le tiramisu est classique mais j'ai eu un coup de coeur pour le fondant, ... Tout cela pour un prix correct. Bref, sans hésitation j'y suis allée 2 soirs de suite et j'y retournerai bien volontiers. Le personnel est au top ! Chapeau à toute l'équipe.

22/04/2025: Scoperto per caso durante l'ennesimo viaggio in Valtellina, nel delizioso borgo di Grosio, lontano dai flussi turistici più opprimenti. Conoscevo già i piatti principali della valle, per cui avevo delle aspettative, che sono state ampiamente superate: tutti i piatti delle tradizione, dai manfriguli ai pizzoccheri agli sciatt, preparati con sapienza e originalità; ottima selezione di vini, della quale abbiamo potuto assaggiare un Sassella riserva indimenticabile, giustamente consigliatoci in abbinamento ai piatti scelti; un servizio come da tempo mi mancava, fatto di mille attenzioni, eccellenti e chiare descrizioni dei piatti e un sincero interessamento alla nostra esperienza. Questa autentica perla della cucina e dell'ospitalità valtellinesi non ha nulla da invidiare ai tanti ristoranti blasonati della valle.

22/03/2025: Il ristorante propone piatti della tipica trazione valtellinese, ben realizzati. Ingredienti di qualità. Ottima selezioni dj vini. Peccato che il pane che ci è stato servito era immangiabile e durissimo. Servizio valido forse troppo sbrigativo. Prezzo nelle media.

13/07/2025: Amazing restaurant on the Barolo wine road, with rooms, a pool, and a view worth the price. Unique and varied menu, featuring both traditional and contemporary dishes. Eclectic and well-stocked wine list, featuring refined and never boring wines. Very fair prices. A hug and thanks to Mattia, owner and all-rounder, truly exquisite. A MUST-SEE stop in La Morra from now on!
