15/09/2025: I had dinner with my family for my birthday. It was the best seafood restaurant in the center of Florence. A relaxing and unique atmosphere with exceptional dishes, each one better than the last. If you're in Florence, you definitely have to stop by. I'll definitely be back.

17/07/2025: Excellent spot. The menu is changing all the time according to seasonal ingredients . The chef is very accommodating with certain dietary restrictions . Interesting wine selection .

Braceria Rauseo offers a high-end culinary experience: the products are excellent, the raw materials are top-quality, and the dishes are original and never boring. The portions are generous, and the prices aren't cheap, but they're moderate and absolutely fair for the quality and quantity served. The stracotto is a must-try: incredibly tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Special praise goes to the lady in the dining room, attentive, courteous, and very professional: she adds a touch of warmth that makes the dinner even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

23/10/2025: Great place, emphasis on fish, but other choices too. We didn't book, they fitted us in, but before long they were turning people away, which is always a good sign to its popularity. We had prawn cocktail, and fried Prawns and sardines to start, very large portions for a starter. We then had sea bass, and John Dory for main course, both delicious. A vibrant atmosphere, highly recommended.

21/10/2025: A hidden spot away from the city center. Very unique and with delicious food. These are places you stumble across unintentionally, and they're worth coming back for. It's essential to book.

17/10/2025: We booked this restaurant for a weekend in May, and upon our arrival, a waiter of about fifty greeted us, immediately telling us: "Hey, it's full...you'll have to wait outside." When we complained that we had booked, the waiter reiterated: "You'll have to wait outside, there's a line." Finally, another waiter arrived and seated us. As for dinner, I can't say it was any better... I understand that everything has gone up, starting with the bread, but the price of the main courses has increased despite the reduced quantity of food, while the cover charge is €2 per person. We don't recommend it.

13/10/2025: Rustic and well-kept atmosphere, good service, excellent spaghetti carbonara, good and creamy lemon sorbet, shame about the veal cutlet which was a bit calloused.
