18/07/2025: Cena sublime! Ogni piatto nasce dall’abbinamento audace di più ingredienti ciascuno dei quali conserva la sua individualità senza mai prevalere sugli altri. Un’esperienza olistica che coinvolge tutti i sensi : tra sapori unici, profumi deliziosi ed una musica di sottofondo sempre ricercata. Per i vini bisogna solo affidarsi ai consigli di Enrico, un fuoriclasse.
19/06/2025: la sosta è situata in centro storico e presenta personale gentile, ottima selezione di vini, cibo ottimo e location accogliente e con materie prime di prima scelta.

29/06/2025: Ho visitato questo posto l'ultima volta nel 2021 e poi da lì ho sempre ordinato per farmela portare a casa. Il prezzo era (e spero che sia tuttora così) 7,50 più o meno per una pizza e con una bibita in omaggio, quindi il rapporto qualità prezzo è perfetto. Ottimo se vuoi andare a cena con amici o parenti. Non so se il prezzo è ancora così maso che la pizza è buona la.

Extraordinary location surrounded by greenery and far from the confusion where you can regenerate your mind and taste, a family atmosphere where kindness, smiles and courtesy reign supreme and above all many specialties (meat, fish, vegetables) prepared with professionalism and passion by the chef... in short, what are you still waiting for?? The fried calamari and shrimp are out of this world!! Try it and believe it!!

We were a couple of Sundays ago, we ate fish, very fresh and very well-prepared dishes.
We are coming back today and trying land, certain to try other dishes and flavors just as good.
Location based in perfect home restaurant style. Calm tranquility hospitality and courtesy is what you will find, without neglecting the love for good food.
I recommend it to lovers of the genre.

15/07/2025: We found a table for lunch on Sunday without a reservation. Prices are in line with the rest of Montalcino; we ordered rabbit and acquacotta with roast potatoes. The main courses were average, with the potatoes being decidedly poorly made. The service was a bit cold, but that's in keeping with the type of place.
09/07/2025: Fairly chic, but no mandatory dress code. Pleasant soft jazz music.

05/07/2025: Recomiendo mucho este encantador restaurante. Increíbles vistas del atardecer con fabulosos cócteles. Luego cenamos en el encantador restaurante cubierto, la comida era increíble. Recomendaría el pulpo a la plancha (pruébalo, ¡el mejor que hemos probado nunca!), luego el risotto de marisco estaba increíble. El traslado desde y hacia el restaurante fue muy de agradecer. Un servicio encantador y una velada inolvidable. ¡Gracias!

27/06/2025: We were lucky enough to have one of the two unreserved tables out of more than 20, so we were lucky enough to eat, very very good and above all very well served, we should perhaps have taken only a starter for two because the pasta dishes arrived after, especially well filled, served quickly. I would just say that the waiter lacks a little smile towards customers and especially towards foreigners, but it is a detail that bothered me a little.

02/06/2025: Il Veliero is located on a side street. It's not crowded with tourists. The guests are mostly locals. In addition to pizza and pasta, the Sardinian chef conjures up unusual creations. These are a bit more expensive, but always worth the price.

16/05/2025: Het verzorgde interieur schept verwachtingen. Heel stijlvol vergeleken met soortgelijke restaurants. De verwachtingen werden volledig waar gemaakt. Heerlijk eten. We hadden geen grote honger dus geen pizza maar twee kleine gerechtjes. Beiden uiterst smaakvol. Hele prettige, ongedwongen maar vriendelijke bediening.
30/04/2025: Buona pizza, ottimo servizio. Prezzi leggermente sopra la media. Menù molto vario e completo per soddisfare tutti i gusti.

A beautiful place in the typical cellars.
We received a very warm welcome even though we arrived after 2 p.m. The owner and server were very friendly.
The dishes were truly generous and of good quality.
The antipasti platter was delicious, and the mixed grill meat was very good.
I highly recommend this establishment.

24/06/2025: Beautiful location, we went for lunch and the peace that could be felt was perfect, the staff was very attentive to customers, especially if they changed your plate while you were eating a delicious supreme of raw fish. I would only recommend a small welcome prosekkino to make the atmosphere even more favorable, nothing more. But that's fine. Oh I forgot, judge for yourself from the photos how the rum was served. The detail always counts.
18/06/2025: Excellent food, staff (it was lunch) not very smiling and not very friendly.....a little more smile and a little more attention would not hurt considering the excellent food and the beautiful location.
I will definitely come back anyway because the food is very good!!!!!
