23/06/2025: Pleasant discovery today! I was looking for a restaurant that prepared vincisgrassi with the traditional recipe from Macerata and I chose this restaurant. What can I say, everything was excellent: fast and professional service, quality dishes, including the vincisgrassi. We also had a delicious second course, chicken scented with lime cooked at a low temperature. While waiting for the dishes they served us a taste of Russian salad and a slice of delicious coppa. In the bread basket, all handmade, there were slices of exquisite cheesecake and with the coffee they serve bon bons and biscuits, Mr. Elio knows how to spoil customers. Try it and believe it!!!!

18/06/2025: The food was very good. The waiter was a disaster. While we were still eating, my wife's plate was taken away and the bread was cleared away. With behavior like that, I'm afraid I'll never go back!

17/02/2025: We took a very short family vacation in Carloforte and we found THE TOP! The “Residenza al Castello” has only positive points: spacious, bright and very clean room, equipped with all comforts and with 2 panoramic balconies! The structure is very close to the center, reachable on foot in a few minutes! The owner Anna Carla gave us all the useful information for a truly pleasant and high-level stay and she was extraordinarily kind, helpful and professional! Another absolutely positive point is that this structure was open in low season (February), while many local structures are closed in the same period! In short: highly recommended experience and structure! Too bad I can't give more stars! Alex, Carla, Enrico

03/05/2025: I recently celebrated my husband's birthday at Tana d'Orso and I was really satisfied. Everyone appreciated the well-presented and perfectly cooked dishes, as well as the freshness of the products. I must also mention the room service, quick, truly impeccable and with friendly and welcoming staff.

23/03/2025: Pranzato per la prima volta la scorsa settimana,menu vario porzioni abbondanti prezzi competitivi.Ordinato strozzapreti con salsiccia e radicchio particolarmente apprezzati perchè senza l'aggiunta di panna che di solito viene messa nelle ricette in bianco;discreta anche la parmigiana di melanzane. Penso che tornero' per provare altri piatti.

29/04/2025: Very good restaurant in the center of Genoa, the style and furnishings may not be for everyone but the substance is there both in the dishes (excellent quality and quantity) and in the staff (very attentive and precise in service). Price a little higher than average but absolutely in line with what the place offers

26/04/2025: Un tempo era il mio ristorante preferito di Genova seppur caro...offrivano in attesa diversi pani, buon servizio, il proprietario veniva a consigliarti...sono tornato lo scorso anno dopo davvero molti anni e l'esperienza stata piuttosto negativa : personale di sala poco empatico (tra l'altro a pranzo eravamo solo in pochissimi), proposte strane ed il loro gusto ancora di più causa accostamenti che a mio avviso non c'entravano nulla. Il proprietario ora probabilmente fa il manager avendo negli anni aperto altri locali in città. Prezzo da Michelin ma siamo ben lontani da quel livello!! Con me a chiuso...

01/06/2025: In compagnia di amici abbiamo preso il menù a 6 portate cui se ne aggiungono altre 3 a discrezione della casa: pasto assolutamente equilibrato nelle porzioni e nei sapori. Mise en place elegante, a ogni portata cambiano tipologia di piatto e servizio di posate. Tutto molto curato e ogni volta una sorpresa. Team in cucina e in sala giovane, entusiasta, preparato e accogliente. Il menù è una sinfonia di profumi e sapori molto bilanciati con tanti richiami al Giappone, piatti scomposti, ingredienti decisi e impiattamenti di grande impatto visivo. Consigliato per chi vuole un’esperienza di gusto nella cornice delle stupende colline romagnole che fanno da sfondo a una giusta causa.

07/05/2025: Difficile mettere a parole le molteplici emozioni vissute presso di voi Darò un semplice feedback di un’esperienza per me unica. Vedere i visi, i sorrisi e l’accoglienza del personale, la concentrazione quasi mistica dei cuochi nella stupenda cucina a vista mi ha subito trasportata fuori dalla banalità quotidiana. Come immergersi in un periodo di tempo ovattato e scandito da colori, sapori, gesti che portano la mente altrove. Questo è quello che personalmente ho vissuto. Ogni pietanza gustata portava con sé profumi e sapori particolarissimi che trovavo intrecciarsi tra loro con armonia. I colori, le composizioni e la spiegazione di ogni piatto ci hanno lasciati incantati. Tutto questo ma non ultimo come valore e importanza,ho apprezzato molto e per me ha un valore non indifferente è stata la classe, la bellezza e la maestria nei gesti, negli sguardi del Vostro personale. Sono stata molto colpita dalla loro preparazione e dalla grazia con cui hanno veramente coccolato ogni cliente in sala noi compresi. Credo che queste caratteristiche facciano parte infondo di ciascun componente dello staff. Non si può fingere la grazia. O c’è o non c’è. È stato un viaggio nell’arte a 360 gradi guidata magistralmente dalla passione di Chef Biuso che ringrazio. Ne porterò nel cuore ogni singolo istante ,veramente grata a ciascuno di Voi. 12/04/2025: Location that raised my expectations greatly. An enchanting garden that anticipates the entrance into an ancient villa, rich in history, where they certainly host evenings with live music (there is a piano near the entrance). Good service: the owner was kind and treated us kindly. Unfortunately I was disappointed by some dishes which could certainly be made more palatable.

17/06/2025: Wonderful restaurant find a few blocks out of the main part of Montepulciano. You can drive and park there. We actually went back a second day for the soup, it was so delicious. Everything we had was very good. The wife chef and her husband were charming. Nice terrace overlooking The town.

12/06/2025: Unfortunately it wasn’t a good experience - the service staff also realized they weren’t at their best tonight. We waited 1hr for a drink, another 30mins to take our order, and then finally they gave us some bread. We went for the pizza, but they were “out” of it - which they only told us when taking orders. The group next to us was told the same thing but 2hrs after they’d placed orders. It was all a very strange experience. The food was so so. Tagliatelle was decent. The Gnuddi was warm, but not hot. At least the Peronis were cold. Beautiful location, just very lacklustre overall. Maybe it was because we were the second service of the night? We arrived at 720pm... We were very honest at the end of the dinner, but the waitress just kind of shrugged her head. No apologies; more like defeat. Whereas Agriturismo Nobile next door was fantastic!
