07/06/2025: I stayed 1 weeks ago in this wonderful Hotel, truly amazed by the very kind courtesy of the staff, whom I thank. The structure is one of the most beautiful and well-kept I have tried. Suite refined and very clean, full of services and comforts, with a splendid French window that takes you directly to the edge of the pool with hydromassage. Excellent structure

22/06/2025: Best lunch since I moved to Emilia! I went to Trattoria Gilberto in Monte San Pietro and I can say with certainty that it was the best lunch since I moved to Emilia. I started with spectacular tagliatelle al ragù: homemade pasta, rough, tasty, with a rich and perfectly balanced ragù. A dish that tastes like Sunday, home, tradition. Then I enjoyed a wonderful plate of tigelle and crescentine with a generous mix of local cured meats and cheeses. The pickles were delicious, but the real surprise was the pesto from Modena: simply the best I have ever eaten. Fragrant, intense, made with real ingredients and expert hands. The environment is welcoming, simple and authentic, with a view of the hills that completes the experience. The staff is kind, helpful, present at the right time. Honest prices, generous portions, sincere flavors. A place where you eat with taste and return with pleasure. Trattoria Gilberto is a must-see for those who love true Emilian cuisine.

25/06/2025: A well-kept and welcoming place, it offers the possibility of eating outside overlooking a small square a little away from the busiest streets and sheltered from the chaos. The food is good and above all well presented (I recommend the bigoli and the vitello tonnato). The extra something is given by the kindness of the owner and the waiters!

Excellent welcome, professionalism, kindness, quality and abundance of food, care in the preparation of the room and in the scenographic presentation of all the various moments of the evening. A special thanks goes to Merylin who was able to manage the entire event impeccably, giving us an evening of great joy and lightheartedness!

26/06/2025: Really nice place, it has a beautiful quiet atmosphere outside, I like it a lot. Sure, in summer it gets hot, but at least there is shade from the trees if you want to get some fresh air. The food is excellent and the service is really complete. Great experience.

21/06/2025: The pizza is really good, as is the beer. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It's a shame that the owner added an extra item to the bill, we took one dish and he charged us two. We noticed it after we left. I recommend you check the bill before paying. I don't think I'll go back because I just can't stand dishonesty.

But then you get here, to La Gatta Mangiona, and you realize that everything you thought you knew about pizza needs to be rewritten. This isn’t just the best pizza I’ve ever eaten… it’s an emotion. An explosion of flavors that overwhelms you from the first bite, a dough so good that you want to eat it alone, a perfect balance between tradition and creativity. Each variation is a discovery, a pleasure that almost moves you. You find yourself closing your eyes while you eat, because the taste speaks directly to your heart. And then there are the supplì: crunchy, fragrant, rich. They’re not an appetizer, they’re a treat. Thanks to whoever created this place. You can feel that there’s love in every detail, in every choice. For me, La Gatta Mangiona has become a place of the soul. And every time I come back, it’s like coming home.

Il terrazzo vista lago è certamente la killer application di questo ristorante ma siccome ha pochi posti vi consiglio di prenotare per essere certi godervi la vista incantevole! Cucina del territorio (Lago e Monti) nella media, senza particolare carattere!

05/06/2025: Nice restaurant on Lake Maggiore. Lots of tables inside. The tables on the verandas are charming with a nice view of the lake. The furniture is a bit dated but spacious. Food cooked very well, with lake fish dishes. Not abundant dishes. Small parking lot.

17/05/2025: We loved Jair! The food has a great price value, the owner and his daughter were extremely nice and explained any dishes we didn't understand. They were very accommodating and the dishes were delicious! We had different bruschetti, two primi pasta dishes and a secondo piatto to share and paid around 40 €. 😍 We would definitely recommend.

31/05/2025: The raw fish is fantastic but (I would add two oysters or something else local), the polenta alla buscata was fabulous but not enough (it was so good), the first courses were very good but not enough, I would like to recommend two points to improve and reach excellence (for me), quantity based on the price Fantastic owners, kind and passionate ❤️ I recommend the chef (open kitchen) *if you put the kitchen in view if something falls (a wooden spoon), WASH it before reusing the equipment 😅

03/05/2025: Ristorante a conduzione familiare. Menù curato con possibilità di scelte tra ottimi primi e secondi sia di carne che di pesce. Pietanze cucinate con attenzione e materia prima di qualità elevata. Servizio molto cortese in ambiente accogliente.

13/04/2025: We ended up a bit by chance on the suggestion of a local gentleman, we found a welcoming place with friendly, nice and professional staff. The food was presented very well and was excellent, including the accompanying pizza. Perhaps the price was just a little high considering you only drank water and a glass of red, but we're talking about little change. Advised!

23/06/2025: I've already been a couple of times with friends and with a large group. The first time I was already satisfied, both for the quality of the food and the service. But the thing that really makes me say that it is a place that is worth it is, in addition to the excellent food, the perfect service! There were 16 of us and when the dishes arrived... they all arrived together! No one waited and we all had different dishes! If you want to spend a nice evening and eat well, I highly recommend it!

20/06/2025: An exquisite surprise during our short stay in Verona. Large and quiet place. Kind, helpful and friendly staff. Both meat and fish menus, truly delicious. As for what we ate: super first courses, excellent cuts of quality meat, delicious desserts with a special mention for the tiramisu (spectacular). Availability of high chairs for children. Highly recommended trattoria.
