08/09/2025: Very good service and food is lovely worth a visit

07/09/2025: OK, so the food was decent. The waiter was a massive jerk and made the experience miserable. No smiling, refused to answer questions and he would not even give me any sauce with calamari.(Although he decided ketchup and mayo with it would be good). He would basically throw the food down on the table and walk away. At the end of the meal there was an extra feel, which he refused to explain. At the front of the door, it legitimately says no extra fee. Another waiter came over and said it was a tax. I would not recommend this place unless you want to get treated poorly.

27/08/2025: Disclaimer: The place is small, and reservations are practically mandatory if you want a table. And above all, it's not for everyone; the sign outside is very clear about the categories "not recommended." You'll enter greeted by various relics of a bygone era, complete with themed soundtracks in the background. Mr. Ferdinando and his wife, Teodora, perfectly embody the spirit of the place. If you go on a Sunday for lunch, you'll eat "like a family": everyone is served together, and you eat together. There's nothing to complain about about the food: he offered us a bottle of prosecco upon arrival, two appetizers, a trio of first courses, a second course, a beautifully crafted dessert, and a digestif. Everything was delicious, and the timing between courses was perfect for a good digestion. Fair prices. To top it all off, the experience also includes themed entertainment provided by the owner. Experiencing it is not the same as reading about it in a review: an experience to be had at least once in a lifetime.

15/08/2025: We had dinner on a Saturday... a pleasant family evening, beautifully decorated with a splendid terrace overlooking the valley and the sea. The place presents itself as a high-quality pizzeria restaurant... appropriate tablecloths, comfortable chairs, and excellent taste in the decor. The food is excellent, without surprises, with excellent toppings for the high-quality pizzas, cooked to perfection. The desserts deserve special mention. At the end of the meal, the very kind owner offered a bitter coffee and an after-dinner drink.

12/08/2025: We will be going on holiday again very soon, and only since 2015, because we go every year, truly a corner of paradise, where you can disconnect from the world, and spend days of complete relaxation, fun, we will gain a few kilos, because the food is excellent, the staff are all family, and always, I mean always, available for all our requests, we have always been more than well, very clean rooms, top air conditioning, excellent comfort.... see you soon we are coming.... I compliment the kitchen and the waiting staff, the lady who looked after us throughout the dinner... we had dinner in the garden, where the right mix was created between the dishes that arrived and a small breeze of wind that could be felt, I recommend it

15/08/2025: We had a truly generous appetizer of cured meats for two, with half a portion of polenta with mushrooms, followed by an excellent veal chop and two good bottled beers. I highly recommend it.

29/08/2025: We went here for breakfast. It was a beautiful place, and it was very early in the morning, so there was no wait. Delicious granita, fresh brioche, and very friendly and helpful staff.

Most restaurants have become commodities, soulless consumer goods, just like the junk food they produce. But today I had the privilege of discovering a place where my emotions were amplified without limits, thanks to the wonderful people who take care of every detail of this wonderful place called IL RISTORO DEL FALCO. The owner, her daughter, a pizza chef, and Grill Master Adriano are geniuses, creators of emotions, a shining light that should certainly be a point of reference for all those who claim to love cooking, especially meat. Respect for tradition, expert use of raw materials, and mastery in combining them. This and much more is "IL RISTORO DEL FALCO", an incredibly welcoming place, full of love, purity, and true feelings that tell the story of Roman and Italian food and wine. Dishes rich in flavor that linger on the palate but, above all, in the soul and heart, filling the voids with intense emotions. Art, craftsmanship, and passion are the tools that live in the hands of Adriano and his sweetheart, and they shine through in every dish. Dishes that fully respect the flavors of the ingredients, which are enhanced by a combination of perfectly balanced elements. Two elements predominate: preparation technique and top-quality ingredients. Technique is a broad and expert demonstration of an Italian chef's knowledge of what the verb "cooking" meat means. This quality standard allows the customer to fully enjoy the flavors with perfectly balanced combinations that make every bite unique. Special mention for the tiramisu....for this dessert, words are inexcusable, only emotions. But let's get back to the absolute queen, THE MEAT. It's spectacular and of superior quality. A Blue Rare...perfect. Ristoro del Falco is a temple of absolute taste, a place where you come not to eat but to taste. The attention to detail is obsessive and the service is absolutely precise. 09/08/2025: We were made very welcome with our dog, and we had excellent burgers and truffle mozzarella! The staff were very friendly and the food was excellent!

11/09/2025: We had dinner at the restaurant. The food was good, the atmosphere was nice, but the service could use some improvement. The value for money was good.

10/09/2025: A restaurant where I was taken by acquaintances. The service is excellent; the menus were brought as soon as we sat down, and the order was immediately taken and brought to the kitchen. The food was brought quickly, just enough time to cook. The view is of the sea, and if we had parked nearby, we could have seen the car. The bathrooms were more than clean, and the faucets are equipped with sensors. Overnight accommodations are also available. People arrive regularly, so reservations are recommended. The prices, considering the location and the service offered, are more than reasonable.
