Check the level of the person who cooks your meal by looking at the reply from the owner of this restaurant on my review.This is crucial because it reflects the level of the person you might need to complain to. 2. They will ask you to pay for the dishes you don't order. 3. The owner of this restaurant want to fight with customers He tells customers bad things like stupid, shame on you, etc. after that, he just said, “Who are you?” 4.Take a picture, just in case the service and food are bad. If you write a bad review here, the owner of this restaurant will lie, 'You've never been here.' 5. This restaurant is manipulating reviews. Google Maps now says it's closed(Dec-13 /2023), (Feb-10/2024)but new reviews keep coming up. And most of the five-star accounts are false accounts with no history of evaluating anywhere else. My wife and I dined at this restaurant in May of 2023. Initially, there was a lipstick stain on the first glass, but we overlooked it as such things can happen. We ordered pizza, pasta, and a salad. However, the salad was missing, and instead, we received french fries due to a waiter's mistake. Although we attempted to return the fries, we were encouraged to keep them. Surprisingly, when settling the bill, we were asked if we wanted to include the fries. We declined, questioning why we should pay for something we didn't order. I documented this entire incident in a review, but the owner denied it ever happened, resorting to insults. I continue to share my reviews to prevent others from facing similar situations. I dont want to be a king or what, I just wanted to get a service for the money I paid. But they failed to do so. I would have revised it to 5 stars if the owner of this restaurant apologized and said he would correct it. But The owner of this restaurant said bad word to me and threatened to know where I live. I've lived in Taiwan, China, South Korea, the United States, Mexico, Thailand, and many other countries, but I've never seen a place as terrible as this restaurant. This place is a shame of Europe. Please stop running restaurants forever for the sake of humanity, your attitude is like a disaster for tourists visiting Rome. I know what respect is, but it's not necessary for people who don't know respect. The owner of this restaurant has bad words for other people's one-star reviews. He has no remorse whatsoever. He's erased all the bad things he's said to me so far. Fortunately, because he knew it was a shame. But I won't erase this review, not because I hate this restaurant, but to prevent any travelers visiting Rome from getting unpleasant in this restaurant like me. I've been revising reviews almost daily since May 23, to reduce even one victim. I don't think this time is a waste. I don't enjoy writing this review. But I don't want to run away from the fight he started first.He should be responsible for this fight. I will keep this review updated until he repents his wrongdoing and sincerely apologizes. So far, 4,533people have seen my reviews. I'll try to get more people to see it in the future. Have a nice trip!

04/08/2024: Really average, we had eaten in the restaurant next door the day before, we were thinking of eating there again but it was closed on Sunday evening so we opted for this restaurant but above. Pasta like we made at home, the lemon sorbet had ice cubes in it so had to be a little dated, the grilled vegetables that my partner took were okay but nothing exceptional and the tiranisu was dry. The people who were at the next table sent back their fish which was obviously not good and their older child barely touched their meat.

21/08/2024: Nice evening! The boat ride was amazing! Pretty good service!! Average food!! All in all a very pleasant evening, if it hadn't been for a particularly rude waiter it would have gone much better!!!

Indeed super fast service even though it was full of customers, they immediately brought the pasta to my child, and then everything we ate was delicious!!!!! The place is very nice and well-kept. 24/07/2024: Andato per cena con la mia compagna attirato dalle belle foto dei piatti e le belle recensioni. Inizialmente le attese sono state deluse dalla location, viste le foto di un locale con ampie vetrate immaginavo che avrei avuto una vista sulle campagne circostanti, invece no, la vista è sulla stradina che conduce al ristorante, sul muro della costruzione adiacente e sulle scalette che conducono alla piscina soprastante…pazienza…buono il servizio, prezzi esagerati per gli antipasti, nella norma per i primi e secondi, ho preso i ravioli e devo dire che amo chi osa con accostamenti particolari ma non ad ogni costo, in questo caso c’era il cocomero con i ravioli, piatto slegato e privo di gusto, insipido. La grigliata per secondo era invece eccellente, carne di ottima qualità, cottura e sapidità perfetta… buono anche l’olio di loro produzione.

24/07/2024: Siamo stati a cena un bel gruppo di amici ognuno con le proprie richieste ed esigenze....bhe devo dire che il team del Carmine è stato fantastico! TUTTO PERFETTO!!! Dal servizio alla simpatia ma soprattutto il cibo, tante cose sono prodotte da loro e si sente quando le assapori. Grandi, continuate così!!!! Grazie mille!

30/08/2024: The spaghetti *gliottone* with bottarga is highly recommended, I have been going there for years but I must say over time it has adapted to the other restaurants in the area regarding the abundance of products in the dishes, that is, it has decreased. Medium-high quality products I would say 7/10, friendly, attentive and attentive service

04/08/2024: We went without a reservation last night and were lucky enough to be able to sit on the terrace next to Via Cavour. The environment is excellent, the menu is very extensive. We shared a very good Greek salad and then my wife ordered a tuna tataki (very correct) and I had a very top sirloin with potatoes. They recommended I try a sensational white wine from the region. Impeccable service, very good people. Recommendable!!!

11/08/2024: There were 4 of us, the food was delicious and the dishes were rather well prepared 👍 however when it was time to pay we were added 10% to the final bill as a tip! So the more we consume, the higher the tip and for us it was €30.— euros!!! Clearly exaggerated, who are you kidding? Too bad we won't be going back there again.
