17/08/2024: One of the best restaurants in the area for value for money. You need to book in advance as it is often fully booked. We have been there twice to enjoy the Tuscan cuisine and especially the homemade pici. We had an excellent culinary experience, but in my opinion some dishes cost too much compared to what they offer. All in all it is an inn that I highly recommend, the atmosphere is magical especially at sunset.

12/08/2024: You can't go wrong when you read “welcome to paradise”. A small place in the open space of a small village, with a magnificent view; the dishes are simple and genuine, tasty and the price is absolutely correct. The service is warm, it feels really good!

From the attention of the staff to the refinement of the plating, through to the right cooking and the short waiting times... what can I say... even on the Saturday when the historical parade took place, everything was perfect! Spaced tables, always refined, welcoming environment, suitable for couples but also for families. Prices more than fair... Congratulations to all.

12/08/2024: Very kind, super food, natural and unpackaged foods. You can enjoy dishes of quality scottona burgers or even fish including an amazing slice of tuna, or a grill with bombette capocollo sausage and even a delicate and delicious pinsa. Low prices for highly recommended

14/08/2024: Ottimo pesce e servizio molto accurato. Piatti molto curati e buonissimi, il cuoco sa il fatto suo. Spaghetto allo scoglio ottimo e cottura perfetta. Non economico ma neanche troppo esoso. Siamo stati bene.

25/08/2024: Family lunch, we ate divinely, excellent and well presented dishes, delicious wine and desserts. Very pleasant place and above all courtesy and friendliness, I would say the top!!!! Definitely coming back!!

31/08/2024: After a splendid visit to the Sassi of Matera, we stopped in front of "Le Botteghe". Super welcome, lovely place and excellent menu. The service was very pleasant, the wine recommended to pair with an excellent meat dinner, the staff were well-trained and truly disarmingly courteous! It was an extremely pleasant dinner, in a "magical" context and we left very, very satisfied! If we were to return to Matera, Le Botteghe will definitely be an obligatory stop! Alexei.

31/08/2024: Unique experience, excellent quality food, courteous and attentive staff to fulfill every wish. Dream locations, immersed in the Sassi of Matera in an almost surreal atmosphere. In short, if you want to take a step back in time, between tradition and excellent cuisine, you must try the new management of the Botteghe.

12/08/2024: Quality and courtesy to the nth degree! All excellent, I recommend the Nassa menu: very fresh seafood salad, fantastic tagliolini with squid ink, as well as the skewers. The fish ravioli are also excellent. We were kindly offered a delicious liquorice liqueur. Heartfelt thanks to the owner and Daniele, who served us.

03/08/2024: The owner is an excellent person of the highest caliber, Salvatore is a professional from another era. The guys in the room Alberto and Franco are always available and always on point (a real added value to the activity). All accompanied by exceptional food and cooked to perfection.

31/08/2024: We had never been there and it was a very pleasant evening. Comfortable outdoor tables for 4 people, well spaced. under an open structure; pleasantly warm evening. Attentive and very courteous service; maximum attention to the needs of my wife, who is gluten intolerant. Gluten-free dishes were already listed on the menu, but they were still highlighted when ordering. Complete and well-diversified menu without excess in the proposals, with verbal indication of the off-menu proposals. Very extensive wine list, with local, national and foreign proposals and with the possibility of pairing a glass with each dish, which I personally like very much. We took advice with great satisfaction; good wines well paired with the chosen dishes, all excellent tasting. Gluten-free bread is excellent, such as breadsticks and bread with gluten. The entry options, the pre-dessert and the small pastries are pleasant and varied. Great to be able to choose the variety of coffee at the end of dinner; coffee served piping hot, very appreciable. Very fair account for the overall quality of the dishes, the wines and the service. Being satisfied with your expectations makes you want to come back, which we will certainly do.

05/08/2024: A Vercelli per uno spettacolo, mi sono fermata a Biella per una visita ad Oropa. Ho quindi avuto la possibilità di mangiare nuovamente in questo ottimo ristorante, immerso nel verde con una tranquillità invidiabile ! Mi ero già trovata bene nella mia prima visita di circa due anni fa, ma questa volta col pesce si sono superati. Una cernia cruda e delle cape sante da applausi . Tagliatelle al prosciutto di cernia e caviale innaffiate con del Fiano di prim’ordine! Assaggi vari tutti superlativi ed una spuma di mojto davvero geniale. Ottimo dolce di ciliegie 🍒 . Tornerò presto! Grazie ancora

16/08/2024: Our best dining experience in Otranto. Excellent food and sophisticated menu. Waiting times of 30-40 minutes between order and start of dinner. The fish dishes we chose were excellent. Very helpful and direct staff.

19/08/2024: Di ritorno da una bella (e bagnata!) gita al Monte Monega, abbiamo consumato al Santo Spirito una piacevole Cena rigenerante. Locale curato, cucina attenta al territorio, servizio ottimo con la attenzione e la competenza del giovane titolare e di sua madre. Rapporto qualità/prezzo corretto. Menzione speciale per le tagliatelle al prebuggiun.
