04/08/2024: The pizzas are good and the diavola is really spicy and great with grilled onions. A glass of prosecco offered as an aperitif and a magnet. The service was very good. Good welcome and attentive. I recommend this restaurant.

03/08/2024: It was one of my most enjoyable dining experiences. The waiter was courteous, and the food was delectable. (I had the best pizza of my life there.) The complimentary champagne was a thoughtful touch. However, they do not provide an English menu.

21/08/2024: Unfortunately, everything has slowed down in recent years... Maybe it's also because we always come at the end of August, when permanent staff are on vacation. This time it was really mediocre. Service inattentive, long waiting times between courses, small portions. It can only get better!

18/08/2024: We went to Angelo and Eleonora's place, the passion for their work can be felt and seen in everything, at the moment we tasted the pizza that you create yourself, very good, excellent dough and quality raw materials, you can indulge yourself by adding everything you you want, excellent and original idea. At the end of the meal we tasted the selection of bitters/liqueurs they produce, there too we found excellent quality with an original presentation Congratulations and thanks for a lovely evening, we will return to taste the rest.

18/08/2024: A great pizzeria with an incredibly nice team. We picked up pizza and received a very friendly welcome. The pizza and desserts were excellent. Next time we will definitely eat in the restaurant too.

19/07/2024: Historic trattoria in Villaggio del Sole with a beautiful pergola where you can eat outdoors. Quality of food not exceptional, local cuisine, friendly staff, good prices.

Calling fish soup, a sauce that is delicious, with 3 pieces of fish and 4 mussels is perhaps too much. Tasting doses according to ne. Excellent service and fabulous location. 07/08/2024: On the occasion of a family dinner we returned to 53 and confirmed the excellent traditional Neapolitan cuisine. Angelo, the owner, guided us in choosing the starters and first courses and it was all excellent. A particular note goes to the aubergine parmigiana and the Genoese ziti, an explosion of taste, quality and abundance. The seafood appetizers are also worth trying for their goodness and freshness.

26/07/2024: Quality food: fresh and tasty. Superlative culurgiones, ditto the fresh fish, to be chosen on the spot. The service was very welcoming and fast. We stumbled upon it by chance and it was lucky. Advise!

24/07/2024: We arrived at La Maddalena at 2pm and, staying at Cava Francese, we chose this restaurant out of hours but the owner Giuseppe, even though it was about to close and no longer had any staff, still welcomed us with kindness and helpfulness. Excellent fresh fish and I recommend the mussels with myrtle, a novelty for us. We have returned a couple of times because it really deserves thanks Giuseppe for helping to make our stay at La Maddalena special and to remember it until next year when we return!

09/08/2024: Slightly chaotic atmosphere and friendly staff. I ate a delicious pizza, the best found in the port of Brindisi. Refined products and quality in the choice of raw materials. Advised

16/07/2024: Returning after some time with our granddaughter and her parents, we rediscovered the uniqueness of the place (an old tavern on the port), the kindness of the staff starting from the owners Cristiano and Giulia, and we verified a further leap up in quality of catering both in the raw materials and in the preparation of the dishes. Each of the five of us tasted a different first course, tasting each other and then the three of us "plunged" into an exquisite and abundant fried fish while my son and I tasted an excellent roasted sea bass. All accompanied by a tasty Susumaniello rosé. Truly excellent lunch in an almost familiar atmosphere with a nice final chat with Giulia about catering in today's times.

02/09/2024: Caratteristico il locale , cucina leggera e ricercata , gestito molto bene da giovani . Meriterebbe uno spazio più grande , visto tutto quello che riescono a fare in così pochi mq .

28/08/2024: Bruschetta con crema di bufala e alici.......che spettacolo!!!!!!! Gli Scialatelli con la colatura di alici sono fantastici. Il Baccalà alla ligure sublime. Purtroppo è stata una toccata e fuga, ma una piacevole scoperta. Se fosse fattibile sarebbe bello avere una sorta di all you can eat in modo da poter assaggiare più pietanze. Bytheway, complimentissimi, soprattutto ai ragazzi che servono ai tavoli, il valore aggiunto ad una bellissima attività di ristorazione.

01/09/2024: We found a welcoming environment with a panoramic terrace from which to enjoy a splendid view of Castel Beseno. The pizzas are made with very good ingredients, from the dough to the filling. The staff is young, dynamic, friendly and helpful. We will be back soon to try the cuisine too.

01/09/2024: I would have gladly given 5 stars if only I could have tasted the pizza. It is the 4th time that I have stopped to dine in this place and for the 4th time they tell me that there is no room (there were at least 3 tables for two people free) or that they have run out of pasta. Another time they told me I had to book even though the place was half empty. I'm sorry but I won't be stopping at this place again.

31/08/2024: I've been wanting to discover this place for a long time, which has now become a point of reference in the area. I booked 1 month in advance. The expectations were high and I must say that they were fully respected, indeed even exceeded. Once inside it seems like you are in one of those old houses in the area with many small spaces transformed into welcoming areas. Simple but nice place. We had chosen the table in the external courtyard/citrus grove. Truly suggestive location, quiet and welcoming. As well as a certain type of clientele. The menu is not extensive but fair, with dishes and products that highlight the local characteristics. I recommend tasting appetizers with a variety of products and flavors. (I recommend removing the couscous because it doesn't harmonize with the rest). For second I had the mixed meat grill: excellent. The tagliatelle with fig lacquer was also excellent. For dessert, the chocolate spumone with a very good fig heart. The guys who served us were very good, polite and helpful. Well done! Overall an excellent experience to definitely try again and recommended to everyone. 10+
