27/04/2025: Pranzo con parenti eccellente. Abbiamo iniziato con una serie di antipasti dal sapore unico e innovativo. Pasta al forno sette strati con sfoglia sottilissima, che si scioglieva in bocca: una bontà indescrivibile. Tra i secondi un coniglio farcito leggerissimo, una vera squisitezza. Tutti i dessert proposti sono la perfetta conclusione di un pranzo così speciale. In altre parole una cucina gourmet che rispetta la tradizione. Servizio impeccabile. Apprezzatissime e golose le pietanze degli ospiti vegetariani. Ritorneremo per deliziarci ancora con le specialità dello Chef.

29/03/2025: Abbiamo mangiato il menù antipasti. Tutti estremamente buoni e presentati bene. Il servizio è ottimo e la location intima. I dolci, che facevano parte del menù, davvero squisiti.

30/03/2025: I frequent this restaurant for lunch during the week, but it also works a lot in the evening and on weekends, also as a pizzeria. The cuisine is excellent! I haven't tried the pizza yet. The owners also own a farm and use their vegetables for the restaurant (for this, I believe, the claim "natural food"). The environment is pleasant, familiar but well-kept, clean, tidy. The staff is courteous and attentive. They also do fish, which is excellent too. And the desserts are spectacular, the sbrisolona and the ice cream on a stick are certainly worth trying.

24/03/2025: The place needs a bit of renovation (in my opinion) but the quality/price ratio is excellent. Also perfect for a quick quality meal.

26/04/2025: Abbiamo trascorso il 25 Aprile a pranzo l'Hotel Ristorante "La Marchigiana di Sarnano". Ci è stata data la possibilità di scegliere tra menù alla carta e 3 diversi menù fissi, abbiamo optato per uno di questi ultimi: 3 portate di antipasto, anticipate da una entree di benvenuto appena seduti, un primo, un secondo, diversi contorni, dolce, vino, caffè. Rapporto qualità prezzo veramente imbattibile, qualità dei prodotti eccellenti, materie prime del territorio, sapori tradizionali e una cura al servizio impeccabile sono i punti di forza di questo ristorante che rimane un punto fisso nell'entroterra maceratese per quanto riguarda la cucina tradizionale. Continuate così.

09/03/2025: We chose the restaurant not with a Valentine's Day menu, but à la carte, trying to spend a wonderful evening enjoying excellent dishes in a pleasant atmosphere. Well I can tell you that it was exactly like that, the cold and hot starter was very interesting, beautiful presentation, the quality of the food served in a kind, courteous and attentive manner was very good. We were very satisfied. Congratulations we recommend it.

31/03/2025: Fabulous! Stopped in Civitanova and tried Opera and La cremosa — both were excellent but Opera was better - texture was super creamy, it was too sweet, and the ingredients they use are high quality. 💗💗
