23/12/2025: The menu truly inspired us, and we were pleasantly surprised by the high quality. We chose the meat and truffle menu: everything was impeccable, from the main courses to the desserts, which deserve a special mention. It was a true gastronomic experience, a great satisfaction to find something of this caliber in Tolentino. Congratulations to all the staff, even the waiting staff were extremely knowledgeable and professional. 👏

07/11/2025: Osteria Ime is a restaurant where the chef showcases the highest-quality ingredients that can only be found at a certain time of year. In fact, during this autumn season, there are three menus: Vegetarian Autumn, Fish Autumn, and Meat Autumn with pumpkin, truffle, chestnuts, peppers, etc. I tried both the vegetarian and fish menus, both truly excellent. My three favorite dishes were Tolentino (red tuna and pumpkin akami), Catania (vanilla pepper cream soup), and Calabria (tobacco meringue, beetroot, and licorice ice cream). The restaurant is very intimate, with just a few tables and attentive service that flows seamlessly without any waiting time between courses. The chat with the chef at the end of the dinner was much appreciated; she was extremely open to discussing ideas with all the guests. The price was very reasonable for the experience, considering that many dishes could easily be served and appreciated even in a Michelin-starred restaurant.

In Sant'Angelo in Pontano, the Montelupone Artichoke meets the view of the Sibillini Mountains. A dinner that is more than just a meal, but a vertical journey through the flavors of the Marche. A high-altitude dialogue between the nobility of the Montelupone Artichoke and the age-old silence of the Tower. Here, where the earth touches the sky, the green gold of the Marche becomes art on the plate, celebrating a tradition steeped in history and authenticity. 18/03/2026: As soon as I arrived, I immediately saw the chef in the kitchen with another person: the kitchen is open and you can observe everything from the dining room, a detail that conveys great trust and care. The restaurant is located on the Civitanova Marche seafront, a truly pleasant location that makes the experience even more special. I went alone and immediately felt at ease, welcomed into a discreet, clean, and well-organized environment, with very pleasant soft lighting, perfect for both couples and families. There were two staff members in the dining room, both extremely polite and attentive, always present with a genuine, never-intrusive kindness. I started with an excellent beef tartare, hand-sliced, not ground: fresh, delicate, and full of flavor, truly special. As an accompaniment, the fried sweet potato was simply wonderful, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, prepared to perfection. The main course, an Irish picanha, was extraordinary: tender meat and impeccably cooked. A variety of sauces and salts were served, including selections of fleur de sel, perfect for enhancing every nuance of the meat. I paired everything with a glass of Merlot, truly fantastic, and the water, served in a premium glass bottle, also helped make the experience even more meticulously crafted. The quality-price ratio is excellent, with top-quality ingredients. A place that captivates with its delicacy, attention to detail, and passion. I will definitely return with great pleasure.
