22/03/2026: I only went for lunch. The size of the room is a bit intimidating, but once you taste the dishes, the meal is a real pleasure. The fried lamb is excellent. The access is via a picturesque hilly road.

11/04/2026: Last night we had dinner at the Borgo Antico restaurant and it was truly a pleasant experience. The setting is elegant and the atmosphere is unique, almost like a place suspended in time. The service is impeccable: the lady who runs the restaurant is very friendly, elegant, and attentive to detail. The food is excellent. We started with incredible appetizers of duck breast, speck, and wild asparagus. I chose a flan with truffle and porcini mushrooms, truly delicious. Each dish was well-executed and rich in flavor. The wine list is also excellent, well-stocked and featuring several quality labels. The prices are in line with the quality of the restaurant: not cheap, but absolutely justified by the overall experience. I highly recommend it!

08/04/2026: One of the worst hot dogs I've ever eaten. It's true that it's a beer garden, but there's little food selection. Loud, with distracting music. If you want to eat (or drink) with a headache and not talk to friends, it's ideal. Edit: Given the owners' arrogance, I'm adding photos. The meat they claim is artisanal from Trentino can be anything they want, but anything but good and quality. The taste is terrible, and the bun and mustard were truly awful. And I'll also add that the salad was awful, which I didn't comment on previously since I didn't eat there myself, and they forced us to get drinks while glaring at us. A terrible experience both on the spot and now online. A truly awful place that we won't return to.

19/11/2025: Always a positive experience, a way to spend time with friends or a partner, whatever it is. The atmosphere, music, and decor certainly exude a lightness and familiarity! It feels like being at home, tasting different, carefully crafted dishes. In these places, as I always say, you even get to eat the ingredients we often overlook because they're so tasty! Chef Rodrigo is top notch.

15/11/2025: A diamond set in the beautiful village of Ripe San Ginesio, a delightful experience from arrival to farewell. We enjoyed a selection of delicious appetizers, with special mention for the creamed cod and tuna focaccia. Two first courses, cappelletti and imperial minestra, were also exquisite. The service was exceptional. Your new favorite restaurant.

04/05/2026: We celebrated my son's first communion at Agra Mater, and it was a wonderful confirmation. Nestled in the countryside, the location is enchanting, with a view that alone is worth the visit. The food was another strong point: local, organic, and excellent quality. Lara, the owner, was extremely kind and accommodating to every request. All our guests complimented us on the truly delicious food. I highly recommend this place, both for the quality of the cuisine and the warm welcome!

07/12/2025: Hands down, one of the best restaurants overall in the entire Macerata area. Management focuses on quality over quantity, with limited seating and no overly eccentric offerings. The owner and staff are helpful and ready to please. The food does justice to the price and your expectations. We'll be back.

28/02/2026: I stopped by this rotisserie bar while passing through. The atmosphere was welcoming, as were the friendly staff. Clean and warm. The coffee was good, as were the croissants.

We return to this place after a long time, and everything is always delicious; Andrea proves himself to be a kind, helpful, attentive, and always present host; his staff is impeccable; his father is a pillar of strength, and, I imagine, his mother is a true artist in the kitchen. The Easter ciambella, served as an appetizer, is just like my grandmother used to make: simply exquisite; the hand-sliced ​​prosciutto is a delicacy. This restaurant is a precious pearl nestled in a small village gem. It's worth a visit even just to sample one of the dishes prepared by the talented Angelica (I'm writing this while enjoying these nettle tagliatelle).
