I'll be brief. Because of my job, I travel around Italy often. When I'm at the seaside, my favorite dish is spaghetti with clams or spaghetti with sardines. I had spaghetti with clams here...among the best I've ever tasted! My compliments for the pasta cooking, the quality, and the sublime sauce! The service, despite the large number of people at the tables, was attentive and helpful.

Spectacular "Padellata" on the seafront!
Dinner at the Fabietto restaurant in Porto Recanati was truly superb. We had their famous padellata for two: a generous helping of tagliolini allo scoglio (seafood tagliolini) bursting with fresh seafood (mussels, clams, scampi, calamari, and a fantastic sea cob).
Flavorful seafood, impeccably cooked pasta, and generous portions that were completely satisfying. A pleasant location on the seafront and excellent service.

For us, Fabio's restaurant has been a trusted source of inspiration for almost 20 years. Not only is the menu selection unconventional and unpredictable, but the dishes are made with top-quality ingredients. And you can taste it.
Of course, we can't help but mention the Brodetto di Porto Recanati. Coming here, dining at Fabietto's, and not eating the Brodetto is unheard of!

Today, as a fisherman, I finally tasted the sea and fresh fish like when I ate on the fishing boat. Thank you so much, Fabietto, for giving me this wonderful experience that I hadn't enjoyed in years. Compliments not only to the chef but also to the staff. Thanks from Antonio.
