Well-executed dishes such as fried wild boar meatballs, watercolor risotto with wild boar meat, pappardelle (La Pasta di Aldo- Monte San Giusto) with wild boar ragù and finally leg of wild boar cooked at low temperature and smoked. Dishes made with love by expert hands and you can feel the love in the dishes. Furthermore, in a magical context, with elegantly furnished internal rooms and a spectacular outdoor terrace overlooking the green hills. The young team deserves our compliments.
