16/08/2025: The pizza is tasty and made with quality ingredients. A good selection of craft beers. The manager knows the products well, offers good advice, and welcomes customers in a friendly and professional manner, neither cold nor intrusive. The prices are fair. We happily return regularly.

You can sample traditional Valtellina cuisine, including pizzoccheri and sciatt, as well as seafood. The pizzas are also excellent.

23/08/2025: Merizzi is a delicious Italian food restaurant. Consider making reservations for this busy restaurant after riding the Bernina Express from Switzerland to Tirano. The patio is nice and the servers are attentive and accommodating. If you are sensitive to the environment, consider sitting inside. There is noise pollution from the many motorcycles in Tirano. If you are seated next to someone smoking, hopefully the wind is blowing away from your table. The house made buckwheat noodles are delicious in the pizzaccaria. Vegetarian options are available.

12/07/2025: Siamo stati a cena in famiglia. Posto e atmosfera incantevole, servizio molto attento e cortese. Menù dedicato senza glutine con grande attenzione ai piatti dall’antipasto al dolce. Tutto buonissimo, siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti.

25/05/2025: Sono stato in questo ristorante per una cena di famiglia. I locali sono arredati con molti buon gusto, in stile locale con l'utilizzo di legno e pietra. Il personale è molto cordiale e gentile. La cucina include proposte di cucina valtellinese come gli sciatt, i pizzoccheri, il taroz, la bresaola... Buona carta dei vini e prezzo proporzionato alla qualità dell'offerta e del locale.

25/07/2025: De passage à Livigno, nous cherchions un bar pour prendre un apéritif. The King bar est devenu notre quartier général tous les soirs. Personnel sympa et gentil !! Les apéritifs à prix très abordables et des planchas copieuses et variées À voir absolument !

21/06/2025: This restaurant doesn't deserve to be visited. We had already reserved a table. But the lady told us that since we hadn't booked an overnight stay, she couldn't fit us in. Even though the restaurant was only moderately busy!!! What a pity...

10/02/2025: Very elegant and professional place. Maybe I made a mistake in ordering fish, being in Valtellina, but the first course wasn't anything special. A simple pasta dish with tomato sauce and fish (it looked like the ready-made kind), and it wasn't very flavorful. The appetizer was good, but it was overpriced, considering it was eggplant (basically a reinterpretation of parmigiana) and cost €16. The pasta dish with fish, however, cost €12. It's a shame, because I had high expectations considering the setting.

22/08/2025: A very nice outdoor spot, good and plentiful food, and attentive and friendly staff. Definitely a recommended experience if you're in the area, but be sure to book!
