04/09/2025: Enjoyed having a choice between gluten free cannelloni and lasagne! Thats never happened before. I chose the cannelloni. Next time I would buy a side salad to accompany it. Serving size was on the small side.

02/09/2025: If you've just worked hard for eight hours in the canyon and are craving a culinary delight, then the PinkPanther is the place to go. I've been eating the calzone pizza here for 20 years. The best thing is that it always tastes the same. The service is super fast and, I think, incredibly friendly despite the stress. They're also pretty nice. I really hope I can come here for another 20 years.

I was offered the Panun with various ingredients, and I wouldn't say that was great either... I was so hungry at the time, it seemed excellent, but then I quickly got bored. Worth a try, but I won't be returning specifically for the bread.

20/07/2025: Centrally located hotel and restaurant. We didn't stay overnight, but only had lunch: Milanese cutlet and grilled chicken with barbecue sauce—all good. Prices are average, except for the 750cc still water at €3.50 and coffee at €2.20, which are a bit steep. Polite waiters. Fast service.

18/09/2025: I had dinner with my friends at this typical Valtellina restaurant one weekday evening during a short vacation. The restaurant is located in a fairly central area of ​​the town and has a large dining room. The menu is typically Valtellina. We had an appetizer, a first course, and a typical second course. Everything was delicious, with generous portions and very reasonable prices. Highly recommended!

13/10/2025: Rustic yet clean and bright. Excellent service. We opted for antipasti, local cured meats and cheeses, and sciatt with sweet and sour onions and ricotta cheese already on the table. Followed by truly excellent pizzoccheri, washed down with the excellent house wine. To finish, we sampled homemade cakes and artisanal liqueurs. Excellent value for money.

I had the pleasure of spending a few wonderful days at Hotel Bivio in Livigno – and I can only say: this hotel is a place to feel completely at ease! You can feel the warm and welcoming atmosphere as soon as you arrive. The hotel staff is top-notch – from reception to restaurant service, genuine hospitality is truly practiced here. I especially want to mention Phillippo, who takes care of the guests with incredible dedication. He is a host through and through and ensures that your stay becomes a personal experience. In the restaurant, we received outstanding service from him and his team – attentive, friendly, and with a passion that is rare to find these days. Even at breakfast, you can tell that quality and attention to detail are paramount: a diverse, regional buffet with everything your heart desires. I was particularly impressed by the fresh smoothies and the selection of regional products. A big thank you also to Giorgio (that was the waiter's name, if I remember correctly) – he was incredibly courteous, attentive, and anticipated our every need. The reception staff also deserve high praise. Always friendly, helpful, and with a smile – whether it was for excursion tips, spa bookings, or small requests, we always felt welcome and exceptionally well cared for. The room was modern, very clean, and was perfectly tidied every day during our absence. We were even allowed to store our bicycles securely in a separate room – a huge plus for anyone who enjoys being active. The spa area was another highlight: a beautiful indoor pool, a pleasant sauna, and a cozy relaxation room. The atmosphere was tranquil, refined, and relaxing – just what we needed after a day in the mountains. Overall, our stay at the Bivio was simply wonderful. You can tell that the people who work here are passionate about their jobs and want the very best for their guests. I'll definitely be back, if only for Philippo and Giorgio! 31/10/2025: Lunch with friends, a single dish of pizzoccheri and polenta with sausage. The dish was good, but not very generous. I would have preferred more pizzoccheri to better enjoy them. Dessert, coffee, and water for two cost €60.

22/08/2025: This is my third time in Codera. Last time, I had a great meal at the Locanda at the entrance to the village. This time, we tried the Osteria Alpina. Two plates of chestnut flour ravioli, filled with I-don't-remember-what with chestnuts, drizzled with well-toasted melted butter and plenty of Parmesan: delicious! Next, a sharing platter of mixed cheeses for two, somewhere between savory and spicy, accompanied by four types of native tomatoes from the garden in front of the inn: sorry for the Dutch, but their ramati tomatoes can't be called tomatoes at this point... A sbrisolona filled with blueberry compote: nothing like the Mantuan sbrisolona; this one is thicker, softer, and less sweet. A chocolate and chestnut tart, accompanied by excellent whipped cream. Two large espressos (the cups were really large, and the espressos really long, just what was needed to help the dessert slide down the sides). Two bottles of water, a quart of excellent, "slippery" wine: it slid away in a flash! €56. Cracco, I'm sorry, but the local chef(s) (Elena, the one who made the sbrisolona, ​​I don't know if there were other chefs) give you points. They offered us their kindness for free. They accept cards and even Satispay... they're ahead of the game!

They deserve 5 stars, but there's one big problem. The average price is €7. Really too expensive... and it's a shame because when you get back thirsty from snowboarding, I'd love to get a good meal. For the rest, keep going. 👍
