Excellent aperitif in a pleasant, clean, and characteristic setting...the staff were very helpful with local information, as it was our first time in Bormio. Good work, guys!

The best pizzoccheri I've ever eaten. The pastries and the carrot and coconut cake at the end of the meal are unforgettable. Off-menu, a grilled fillet steak, not particularly flavorful, but perfectly rare, with buttered vegetables that were delicious. I'd definitely go back.

Fabulous pizzoccheri and amazing desserts, all homemade. I must say, I walked into the bar and, since it was after 1:30 PM, I was resigned to having to eat toast, but instead I was drawn into tradition. The meat and vegetables were delicious and cooked to perfection. The carrot and coconut cake was a journey! Well done, and the lady who served us was wonderful. Thank you.

It's a nice place, with lots of traditional mountain wood furnishings. A well-stocked drinks and dessert menu. They also have good ice cream, which I'm told is homemade. A good place to watch the World Cup matches.

The pinsa with herb dough are good, the waitresses are quick, the atmosphere is nice, the tables are a little close together and there are three small ones, we will return.

Pizzeria d'asporto IL CAIRO

07/04/2026: We were passing through and discovered this unassuming pizzeria using Google. The pizzas are baked in a wood-fired oven and taste fantastic! Very friendly owner and super-fast service. If you're in the area, you should definitely try it.
